We were able to get 2 rooms at Yacht Club and Polynesian for July 2015:good vibes. So thankful that Disney gives this discount to active/retired military!

I was able to get the military discount at POR from 9/28-10/6. I am waiting for the Armed Forces Salute tix to be released and then I will likely get them from Camp Pendleton (I think that it). Anyway. In order to add the DDP to my room do I need to have tickets first? Or can I add the DDP before linking tickets? Also what is the latest that I can add the DDP? Thanks!

You don't have to have your tickets to add DDP to a military reservation. They encourage you to purchase your tickets separately on base. We have a reservation in February at the Beach Club with DDP. No tickets need to be added right now. Since we can't even purchase until August 25. Only non military discounted rates need the "Magic Your Way Package" with tix to add DDP. So call now and have them rebook your room only to a military dining package!

Just booked 2 bedroom vila with military discount at AKL Kidani for May 2015!! We've not been able to get the military discount the last 2 years because we wanted to stay at BLT in a 2 bedroom, and they were not available for our dates. In any case, we are excited and thankful for this discount!

For the MS tickets, if we get the water parks and more (not hopper), we can have 4 park days and 4 water park days, correct??

Just curious: I have a family of 3, my plan was to drive to the Norfolk base on Monday and pick up all six of my tickets to make one big 8 day stay. Will I be able to use two tickets for each of us for one big fat stay? I've already booked POFQ through the military discount on the military reservation line.
