I came into this Disney World when i met my husband Mike 11 years ago this month. I had gone as a child, but didn't think of it much as an adult. Mike had asked if we could go to WDW for our honeymoon in 2006, and i agreed, thinking "oh boy...i hope i don't feel like a dope being the only couple there with no kids!" HAHAHAHA Silly me! I was hooked our first night and we have been back three times since.
This year, Mike is planning two Disney trips for us. It's been rough with me having dealt with numerous illnesses the past few years and him going to school and working full time - and he wanted to do something really fun for us, as well as our daughter Cassidy who just turned 9, and his mom, who has been tremendous to us!
On May 6th until the 13th we will be at WDW, staying in a Lion King Suite at Art Of Animation!! We went to check out this resort on our last trip in 2013, and I fell in love with it. I love art and just the lobby alone had me hooked.
Then Mike surprised me by telling me that in November he is taking us to Disneyland!! I have never been there, not even to California, and I have wanted to go there for quite some time.
