Disney has posted the 2014 annual financial report for shareholders:

The news of majority ownership of DLP.
3% attendance increase in 2014
Compared to 4% in 2013
Per guest spending up 7%
Compared to 8% in 2013
Hotel occupancy was up 4% at 83% compared to 79% in 2013
Average per guest spending $280 compared to $267
International attendance saw a 3% decrease in 2014
Hotel occupancy was down 3% to 78%
Average per guest spending for international guests $319 up $7 from 2013
Total they saw a 1% attendance increase
7% increased guest spending
82% hotel occupancy
Disney owns 51% in DLP
48% in HKDL
43% in Shanghai
Shanghai will cost around 5.5 billion dollars
HKDL took out a loan for 253 million for the new hotel they are building

"Selling, general, administrative and other costs increased 5%, or $405 million, to $8.4 billion reflected higher information technology spending driven by MyMagic+ and higher marketing costs due to the fall launch of ABC programming and more theatrical titles in release."
