2013 room prices available?

I was under the impression that 2013 room prices weren't available yet. When I called today to check on my reservation for Jan 2013 the cast member told me the prices they quoted me were the 2013 prices. I was given a price of $429 for weekday at CR Garden Wing which seemed a little high to me. Can anyone confirm this? Thanks.

Not sure if I am telling you something that you don't already know.... You can book 2013 rooms by phone, but the CM will quote you the highest rack rate for 2012 until the official 2013 rates are released (then your booking would be adjusted accordingly). That may be what you were quoted?

Thanks. I had read that information here, but I wanted confirmation from Disney. The lady I spoke with put me on hold to ask and then told me that the rates were out and that was what I was given. I guess she was wrong

Not unusual for you to get more reliable information on the Disboards, then the CM's will give you over the phone.....

Yes, August is traditionally when they release the new rates.

For 2012, it was last June. They made it earlier, along with the ticket price increase.
