If you change cruise dates, it does not hold the price. The booking you make onboard is only good for the 10% off the price you book the new cruise under. For example, if you booked a cruise for $2000 and 10% off would make it $1800* but you then moved that booking to a cruise that is $3000 with 10% off making it $2700. You now have to pay the full $2700. If you paid a small deposit, the remainder of the deposit that is due for the new cruise must be paid in full at time of booking.
I hope that made sense to you.
*I only used these numbers as examples. In an actual scenario, the base cruise cost would be the only portion eligible for the 10% off. You would then add in taxes and fees.
OK that has me wondering why people book dummy dates-I thought it was to get the first release on pricing then move your dates.

Hoping for the same! I would love to surprise my mom on Christmas day with a fully paid cruise...her heart would melt
she has always paid for our cruises and since I'm no longer a kid anymore (I'm 22 now), it'd be a little thank you for giving me everything I ever wanted as a child

It's been a few years since we cruised, and I can't remember the designation of Silver, Gold or Platinum for Castaway Club....we have cruised x 3 with Disney. What does that make us?
