2013 Candlelight Processional Watch

DARN IT!! I love Gary Sinise!! No changing my dates though. Hrmph.
I wonder if NPH will be doing the show on Christmas. That would be neat!:)

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll be there on the 2nd or 6th. Guess I have to hold out for NPH for the 2nd!

I'm going the same dates, too! Can't wait to hear who does it dec 2.

I saw him a few years ago at Disneyland's CP - he's amazing. Still waiting on Dec 2-3. Come on, NPH!!

Same here, have my package for Dec 3, first time ever going at this time of year, and my first time going to CP - I've purposely avoided watching videos too because I want to completely experience it there and not ruin it for myself.

REALLY awesome if it was NPH though! Even my daughter loves "Barney" :)

Anyone have ideas on who the other narrator might be? Two slots still open, right?

I was hoping for Michael W. Smith or Steven Curtis Chapman for Nov. 29th, but I am not disappointed at all with Gary Sinise.

Wondering if Gary Sinise as CLP narrator will impact crowd level forecasts for those days? TouringPlans lists Epcot on December 1 as neutral with 5.7 crowd level.

I doubt it. While someone like NPH is known to sell out the dining package, even lessor known narrators will sell most of the seats. There are simply not enough seats in the theatre to think that the difference between half sold and fully sold out will have any impact on the crowds. A couple hundred people at absolute most?

Now....crowds standing around the theatre area to listen, crane neck to see, etc.....yeah, that might be a bad place to try to get through, but crowds on rides or other attractions shouldn't have anything noticeable. And while the actual shows are going on....rides might even be less with a popular narrator, lol.....just like everyone leaves the rides for parades and fireworks.

Just booked dinner at Via Napoli on Nov. 30th for Gary Sinise. I'm so excited!! I was holding out for him and NPH.

Just a heads up, on the DISunplugged on Tuesday one of the hosts mentioned he had been hearing that NPH will not being doing the CP this year but that's not confirmed. However with his husband and his kids I wouldn't be surprised. :)

Looked through some older CP videos on YouTube today - I wish they'd bring Jim Caviezel back to do it again. It doesn't look like he's done it in years, but he was awesome from the videos.

Come on Disney - just tell us who the rest of the TBAs are! :-)

He was our all time favorite also

If you booked the candlelight processional package for the 6:45pm show, what time should you start lining up for the show?

I think it depends on the date, but I'd say at least 30 minutes before - longer if you want to be closer to the front. I don't think there's a bad seat in the house, but if you're traveling with kids, up front is a little better.

We got a 5:15 PM Garden Grill CP dinner package. What time is the second show? Also, is there an additional cost for the package or is it just the cost of the meal? It's been a while since I've done this one so I can't remember.
