Finally had a chance to check in here and it seems I'm not the only one to experience craziness.

I got thru on the phone at 8:30 am while at the same time trying to book online. Cast member told me lunch on 12/9 at Biergarden started at 1:45 for CP. nothing earlier. on line I was able to do 12:30 (which I wanted)

so now I have two reservations and both are showing up as CP but haven't gotten e-mail confirmations on either.

Gonna wait for the confirmations to make sure they are correct before doing anything.

My DD is a huge Neil Patrick Harris fan so I booked the Biergarten for lunch on 12/24 which is currently a "TBD". I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it will turn into a "NPH", . We are paying $32.99 + tax and it's the cheapest of all of the CPs. We could also get Via Napoli for $8 more per person. I tried to book online but it was too messed up so I ended up calling DVC reservations and only had to wait about 5 minutes.

Haha funny - I did the same thing for 12/1 and 12/2. I want to see him sooooooo badly!

Thank you for posting the prices. Are they less than last year? I had a note that my pricing for R&C would be $64 (based on past numbers) and now this post is $59. Can't recall where I pulled past pricing.

R&C dinner was 55.37, according to that list. So it went up a bit.

Since you're Canadian, I'd imagine you're still getting the OLD Disney website. I was having the same problem. Our IP addresses are being blocked and redirected back to the old site and this package cannot be booked on the old site. To get around this, it has been recommended that we go to www.tunnelbear.com and download the free version. This blocks our IP addresses so that we CAN go to the new website. I'm not familiar how this works exactly, but go to the Canadian board where they're talking about this further. It worked for me and I was able to book online this morning. Good luck!

Update.....when you check your timeline, it shows up as a CP Package...but I'd feel better if it went even further and showed the showtime I picked!

Thank You for that hint! I made on-line reservations this morning at 8:00 EST and as of 5:30 still haven't gotten a confirmation Email nor can I get My Reservations to return any of my dining reservations. When I asked the web site to show My Plans, the reservation shows up

They dont email confirmations for candlelight package made with a disney operator until 2 or 3 days before the event which is so annoying.

I cant bring mine up online

OK...so thanks for the tips above I was able to get lunch at Chef de la France (DD19 really wanted to dine there for the hope of seeing Remy) but I didn't get a CP show time??

I honestly don't care what showtime we have...just want to be sure that I do have a show time..


this is all so crazy stressful...I've done nothing at work today..

I called and made my reservation for Le Chefs de France for Dec. 2 I was told lunch was 1:45 to 2:45. I really think the online reservation site is flawed. I tried at 8 this morning and could not get in. Second show reservation times were 3:30 - 4:30 for Chefs and that would be a dinner menu. Dinner starts at 3:30 there.

Also, I did not get an email confirmation, but the reservation did show up on my list on the Disney website so I was able to print out the confirmation from there.

Yeah, this is so messed up. No one seems to know what's what. I have Chefs CP ressies at 12:50, and that was one of the first times offered when it opened online this AM. Maybe 1:45-2:45 was all that was left when you called...?

Also, I was told that when you make ressies by phone, they don't send any confirmation, only when it's done online. I've made all my ADRs online, and have only gotten email confirmations for a couple of them. Just dysfunctional!
