Got our Christmas Eve 1:45pm Biergarten reservation for the 5pm show.

We're from the UK so called Dining Reservations and got through straight away.

Only our Christmas Day lunch now to sort. All other ADRs for our trip are booked

there is no blue box on the right. I only have the option of 'making a reservation'. I do not have the new website.

Mine also didn't show the showtime. But for a 4:50 dinner, I'm assuming it's the 8:15 show, which is what I wanted.

I can't get online to work - always get a server error.
So I've been on hold since 7am. Well since 7:04 - I got through right away and then was hung up on so I had to call back.
Not impressed....

I was able to update mine and reserve 4:15, which canceled my 4:20 dinner. So now I wonder what show THAT is. It still doesn't tell me.

I guess I will have to call.

I got Biergarden in Germany at 4:15 for dinner. Thats all I know. I know it is the CP package. Does anyone know what I am going to pay per person. Missed that part. Thanks.

Was finally able to book after several server errors but it does not tell me the show time anywhere. Where are you able to find this information?

I was able to reserve 12:45 lunch at Via Napoli. The reservation has the prefix CAN and in parenthesis shows the showtime as 5:00 pm. The My Reservations page is not loading my dining reservations and I only keep seeing the little spinning circle under reservations. However, if I click, My Disney Experience the dining reservation for CP shows up.

Definitely looks like some server issues... surprise...surprise...

I originally had a Garden Grill ADR booked at 3.30pm during the glitch time and my TA changed it to 5.00pm today which I much prefer.

I give up. I need to go shower. If anybody finds out what the 2013 dinner time/show time relationship is, please post. I was able to pull up my 4:15 dinner package confirmation in a few places, but no mention as to show time. I was going to call but I can't be on hold all morning and I can't even find that DINE phone number. I was able to book a lunch at Restaurant Marrakesh, but I haven't received any confirmation email and I can't get anything to load on My Disney Experience. I'm assuming we got the 5pm show, but some sort of confirmation would be nice!

Also, I had 2 3:15pm Garden Grill CP Package reservations that were made on Glitch day for 2 different parties on 2 different days (one for friends, one for me). One of them had been cancelled and the other one was still good. I wanted to cancel both of them after I got better reservations so it didn't matter to me, but if you had a CP Garden Grill around 3:15 (it was the only option later on Glitch Day) I'd recommend confirming it!

I called yesterday to check on my "glitch" reservation (Teppan Edo at 3:40 on 12/24). Mine didn't list a show time but she said my ressie was good and show time would be 6:45.

I got a 5:15 ADR for Biergarten, my reservation didn't specify a show time but according to mousesavers.com that should be the 8:15 show which is the one I want.

I seem to have lost the magic. It used to be fun planning these special events and getting up early to get your reservations. But the website is a joke and even after speed dialing we had to settle for our second restaurant choice. We've never cared who the narrator was so that won't matter...
Sorry...I just suddenly feel we should hold Disney to a higher standard.

This is excruciating! I used to feel pretty confident in reservations and such but with the new website, that's all gone. I was able to book a 12:50 at Teppan Edo, going through the CP section, but now I'm nervous that I didn't get a CAN prefix on my reservation number and my time is well outside what was anticipated for CP lunch/dinner times. Of course, I've been on hold with Disney dining since 6:05 and not gotten through and MDE isn't loading so I can't check anything. I guess I'll just try to call later and pray what I got is what I need for the 5:00 show. Really hoping it is.....this is our first CP experience and we're all excited about it!

I have two dates - 4th Dec that shows CAN and the other on the 5th shows Holidays around the World. Now I'm mega confused. Can't get through to reservations to find out which is the right one to cancel. I'm calling from Australia and don't want to be on hold forever Stupid Donald Duck and his errors and crashing
