Are these already booked up?!?? I just looked and all the restaurants we want have no availability. Saw one open time at one restaurant, but it's not one we want. Is it really possible that everything is booked already??

Fixed it!! In the Canadian forum people had posted how they were disguising their IP to be able to access the MDE website. I gave the free trial a shot and low and behold we are now booked for 4:30 at Via Napoli on the day I wanted. 8:15 show

I just booked online for Chef De France on 12/11 at 4:40 but it didn't say which show we would be attending? How do I find that out?

Does someone know what time the CP is on and then illuminations? I have 5pm ressie

If your package dinner is at 5, then you go to the last show, which is 8:15 I believe.

How long did it take online? Mine is hung up on the "select restaurant and time" page.

Did you select your restaurant in the "Check Availability" form or did you leave it "All Available"?

If I left it "All Available" it would flip me to a second page that said something like "13 restaurants available" with a loading "spinner", but the restaurant list would never appear.

Try selecting your restaurant in the "Check Availability" pull-down and letting that form show you available times.

I called and the CM's have it in the e-mail. They didn't have anyone for the 23-25 though and I know Trace is there the 20th-22nd. She said there was a glitch in the system and we weren't supposed to book until July 9th but they are working to fix it and our reservations will be honored!

So glad you were able to find a way into the system!

Thanks to this thread I was able to book our annual Christmas Eve Candlelight package at The Garden Grill. Table for 4 at 3:25p.m. followed by the 6:45p.m. show and Illuminations. Our perfect Christmas Eve tradition continues!

If I try to book any dining all I get is a blue scrolling circle. I have been watching it for 15 minutes. Albeit very relaxing, not very productive. Am I doing something wrong?

I booked online too after I called and the CM told me about the glitch online. I got 12/29 at 4:10, Teppen Edo.

I'm assuming i am the 6:45 show, but my confirmation didn't specify!

I was able to book online just now.
Got Via Napoli for the lunch show on Nov. 30, which is what I wanted.
I'm so glad I kept checking this thread.

Started trying to book online, but had all kinds of issues, could be my computer, though.
Anyway, kept trying on computer, but called on the phone at the same time.

I did get right through on the phone, but she said that CP is not available to book till July 9.
Literally at the same time, I was able to book online, and it was working. So rather than argue with the CM, I said "thank you", and continued online.

So I have a confirmation, which I saved in a document, and I took a picture of the screen with my phone, LOL. If this was a glitch and Disney has no record, I want to be sure I have my documentation. I have not gotten email confirmation yet.

Seriously, if this is a glitch, and WDW doesn't honor it, I can't really complain too much. It is not really fair that guests who call up are told to wait, while reservations are being snapped up online at the same time.

At least if they honor them, I'm in. If they don't, then no one has a reservation, and I am not "shut out".

Has anybody gotten Rose & Crown, Coral Reef or Biergarten?? I can't find availability for any of these on ANY night! Is it possible some restaurants haven't opened their tables yet??

Don't select "All Available" restaurants. That second screen that comes up in response doesn't seem to work.

Pick a restaurant you want in the blue "Check Availability" form and click "Find a table".

I booked dinner for 12/5 at 4:30 p.m. for Via Napoli. For those of you not sure what show time you have, at the top of my confirmation it says "CAN - Via Napoli (8:15PM) Dinner". Check your confirmation.

Thanks! This worked for me. At first the latest time I could get was 4:40 so I booked it then tried again and 5:00 opened up. 12/14 Chef's!

So glad I procrastinated this morning and checked DIS.

I got on to book, but it would only give me the later times to book for Via Napoli, so I booked a 4:30 for the 8:15 show but really I wanted the 6:45 show. So I'll have to try again when it's less glitchy and hopefully I can get what I need. I'm just happy I have reservations for Christmas Eve at all.

Once again the Canadian website sucks beyond all reason. No online booking for me. But when I called and waited on hold I was told I can't book over the phone until July 9th. I'm sure nothing will be there if I have to wait another 9 days. So so so annoyed.

I'm Canadian and I booked using an IP blocker.

Nope because she told me it was Edward someone from the 17th to 19th and that's not who it was last year.
