I was able to book online just now.
Got Via Napoli for the lunch show on Nov. 30, which is what I wanted.
I'm so glad I kept checking this thread.
Started trying to book online, but had all kinds of issues, could be my computer, though.
Anyway, kept trying on computer, but called on the phone at the same time.
I did get right through on the phone, but she said that CP is not available to book till July 9.
Literally at the same time, I was able to book online, and it was working. So rather than argue with the CM, I said "thank you", and continued online.
So I have a confirmation, which I saved in a document, and I took a picture of the screen with my phone, LOL. If this was a glitch and Disney has no record, I want to be sure I have my documentation. I have not gotten email confirmation yet.
Seriously, if this is a glitch, and WDW doesn't honor it, I can't really complain too much. It is not really fair that guests who call up are told to wait, while reservations are being snapped up online at the same time.
At least if they honor them, I'm in. If they don't, then no one has a reservation, and I am not "shut out".
