Trying to convince my DS to do BC next year. I have to see if the military discount or free dining is in the cards for the end of August. Of course, he wants to cruise too. Um, you have to earn more money than you are this summer to make that happen.

I think I have the map you are looking for posted on the first page, in the Beach Club Resort post (Post 8):


Room Numbers: I hesitantly post this map. Please use with caution. It is outdated, pre resort rehab and prior to the addition of the Beach Club Concierge Lounge (the lounge is now on the 5th floor where you see the word "ICE"). The view categories are also different. When this map was created, there were only standard view rooms and water view rooms (no garden view), so many of these rooms now have a different view category than what is indicated on this map.

We are planning a November visit.

Our first time at the BC. We have stayed at AK and GF...but want to be close to Epcot and HS this time.

That "map" was exactly what I remember seeing...I didn't realize how out of date it is...but thank you for getting it to me!

Not quite as amazing, but as I was working on my Rip Ride Rocket Playlist document, I'm listening to my Zune ("itunes" for Microsoft devotees) and "Dream On" started playing.

I always compare RRR to RnR.

But your "connection" is much better!

Wow - looks like BC is going to be jam packed during our stay. I put in our dates (June 29-July 15) and all the cl rooms are "unavailable" - even the 2 bedroom suite and deluxe rooms.

17 days and counting.

Dee - you know I'm technology "challenged" but if you want I can send you some pictures through my iphone. Just pm me your number if you want them. Of course feel free to post any and all pictures I send.

Here's something that only true Disney fans will understand. I have the "Disney waits" app on my iphone and during the day at work I will just check out the "wait times" and pictures. It still makes my heart jump!

Why have I never thought of listening to the Disney Pandora channel? Love it! The first song that came on was "I'll Make A Man Out of You" from Mulan. Donny Osmond rocks!

I listen to several different Disney stations!!! This morning bright and early heading to the office was the Magic Kingdom welcome song !!!!! I love that one . Gaston is playing now !

My favorite station is "it's a small world". They play several attraction songs.

I have double bad news! I searched all over for Ninja Mom and she was no where to be found! I looked in every nook and cranny of the BC because you know how that woman is obsessed. Every where I asked they said I just missed her! The last reliable report on her whereabouts had her slipping on the magical depress, kicking and screaming....

So sad.... I hate it when y'all leave.....

The other bad news is the fish lamps are gone .... In fact the table isn't even there. They were painting in that area so maybe Franny and Fred Fishlamp are out for a refurb... Perhaps I can make a ticker with the date of their disappearence and we can all wear black socks until their return. ( Buzzy doesn't do well with arm bands, they throw his equilibrium off, much like a SunkenTreasure). Come to think of it, you don't think N M ran off with the fish lamps, do you????

You should get the baby a couple of shares of Disney stock. The actual certificates are beautiful and that way the family can benefit from all of your trips and shopping. Win-Win!

I bought a share of Disney stock from One Stock... it is beautifully framed looks amazing... the only problem is that then I went on Sharebuilders used the credit one stock gives and I now have a stock buying obsession... I'm up to 35 Disney shares now I do believe it's an awesome gift!! My husband feels the need to now tell me how much Disney stock sold for on a daily basis... my reply... that stock will be given to any grandchildren we may have!!

Hey all! I just went into work today and found out that BC is one of the handful of "host" hotels/resorts for the big America Academic of Pediatrics Annual Conference at the end of October. This conference is bonkers huge without Disney at its footsteps. Just an FYI for those that are staying during that time. I forgot to look at the dates, but it usually starts around the 21st or 23rd of October. Hopefully things won't be too disturbed.

One of my docs was going to take me to watch his kids, but I have a little princess of my own to take care of. Oh well...we'll just have to take our own vacation next year!

19 days here.... I actually have 2 countdowns going.... 7 days of school left and 19 days until Disney.

I am sitting at SAB watching my 2 dd's have a blast while night swimming . A mama duck and her baby swim each night, and my girls are in love!! I will think about this night when the pressures of the real world are a reality. Right now , I am enjoying pixie dust and Disney magic!!
