I have a quick weather question for you. SNIP! the Weatherchannel.com for Lake Buena Vista its reporting the high up to 85, but lows daily in the 50s. Are the lows mainly in the wee hours of the night/early am or is it cooler in evenings too? Like you want a long sleeve shirt/sweatshirt for evening parks? I'm packing a bit of everything of course & I know FL weathers unpredictable, I'm just wondering what way to lean more towards packing? The reports of the crazy humidity has me bummed, my May trip was a 2shower/day trip & I was hoping this one wouldn't be. Oh well, I'll be in Disney, right? Thanks for any insight you may have!

Sorry I didn't see this sooner. This 'being on an actual trip' business is interfering with my Dis boards time.
The weather report: The big news flash is that the weather has changed from humid, humid, humid to cool (At night, days are still sunny and warm) and breezy (slight). (THANK GODDESS!!!!) The temps are dropping into the low 60's at night with a slight breeze, so pack what you need for that.
We have been fine swimming when it is sunny as the sun warms you up enough to enjoy the pool. The hot tub here at CBR is also enjoyable if we should need the warmer waters....... so take advantage of the hot tubs at the BC/YC/BCV to sooth those tired bones.
Now we bring you the hour by hour Drunk Report at Food and Whine. This report is sponsored by Dewey Cheetum and Howe, attorneys specializing in DWI cases...
During the day the drunks are almost invisible and are easily confused with cranky people with small whiney children. At dinner time you see a lot of people who are in "mid drunk". You can tell they have been drinking and they are still ordering alcohol because NOW they are having dinner and they still think they can handle MORE, like eating food would make it better.. LOL
After dinner you see the people who have been drinking and touring ALL DAY leaving the parks after their livers tell them doing both to extremes is a BAD idea.
Late night is my FAVORITE time for "Drunk Watch" as this is the time you will see them. After Illuminations you witness a VERY SMALL NUMBER of roving packs of drunks screaming loudly about finding places to "do more shots". You can hear these people coming long before you see them so there are no worries about them causing you problems unless you are a bottle of vodka, then the will be ALL OVER YOU like a pack of vampires. I did witness a band of roving drunks (BORD) storm into Rose and Crown for shots only to be told by the Bartender to keep on moving so OUT they went!
All in all, the drunks are not much of a problem and that was on a Friday night, so I'm thinking it's peak drunk season. There are an awful lot of "Chattier than normal" people who are curious about your trip and where you are from and what you have been doing. We think this is delightful but if you are the shy, non communicative type then you might want to invest in one of those 'Brazillion' tour group T-shirts and chant 'no English' when some friendly souls tries to chat with you.
I have seen an increased uniformed security presence at food and whine, much more so than what you would see on a regular park night so that should allay some fears.
Now for a commercial message brought to you from Joffrey's coffee. Our coffee tastes burned and Starbucky, which rhymes with yucky! (Nuff said....) You are going to want your DUNKIN!
I gotta run... the quiet pool is calling my name.
