2012 experiences with Tiffany Towncar?

We have always had good experiences with Tiffany, but it has been three years since we have been down and I want to be sure that they are still just as good.

If you have used them in the last year or so, please post your experience. I am especially interested in any experiences going to/from the cruises. We have earlier flights home than I wanted (1:30, international flight) and I want to know if they are still really good at on time pick up from the ship. We once waited for over an hour for another company and I o not want to risk that this time.

I can't comment on transporting to/from cruises, but we did use them last summer to/from the Amtrak station. They were quite punctual each time and the driver was kind enough to let me keep my (sleeping) children in the van while I made a quick trip through Publix on the way to the resort. I would definitely book them again.

Never used them for a cruise transfer, but we did use them in Sept & May. Both times the driver was waiting for us in the luggage area @ the airport, even tho our flight was a few minutes early & we were among the first off the plane. For our return to the airport, we went to bell services for our luggage about 10 minutes before our scheculed pick up. And the driver was already there waiting for us. We even switched resorts during our stay, no problems. They had all the correct information. Their price is better than others & they have a $5 coupon on their website. Definately happy with their service both times.

I have always been happy with them going to the hotel, but in the past couple years, I have not been happy with the drivers coming back to the airport. One guy was late - 30 minutes late - and he was a horrible driver. One guy gave us a whole speach about religion. This time, we are going with FL towncar.
