Thank you Natebenna for the quick response! Now, to go throw the right coffee filters into my bag. We are staying CL this time but sometimes I like to get up early and make my own in room coffee. Last time I brought the wrong size and had to perform origami quietly in the dark room to make coffee. :upsidedow

ooooh just want to say how excited I am to have found this thread - I seem to have been "round the houses" but have finally found the current one  cant wait to have our first stay at Yacht Club (and get married their) August 2012.

Right off back to the beginning to read EVERYTHING :goodvibes

Now that I'm done with my worrying phase ;) I have a few random questions. Can someone help me out here...

1) What size and shape are the coffee pot filters for the in room coffee pots? I can never remember.

2) Where can I find this Grey Goose slushie I have heard others speak about?

Thanks! and thank you for not ousting me about my construction worrying...I'll try and take a few pics to share with others when I return so anyone else who is worried will have a better idea what is going on. Now back to the :laundy: for we have one week to go!!! :cheer2:

The sushies can be found at EPCOT, in the French region in a Kiosk across from the mail restaurant.

My family and myself would love to have access to the noodles during our trip on 8/11-8/19. If not for the whole trip a few days during the trip would be great. They would be taken care of and pictures would be taken with them. I love all the idea's that are posted here. Great job everyone.

I made it through surgery fine. In some pain & very tired. I still have no appetite.

Thanks for checking in and letting us know how you are doing. Take it easy and get some rest. It certainly has been perfect resting weather around here!

Yes it has been...rainy, rainy. It's making me very sleepy of course pain meds help.

Great news.....Take your meds and dream of WDW. :flower3:

We will be checking into BC mid-afternoon on the Fourth of July. We decided against going to a park because of crowds. Any suggestions on viewing fireworks from BC or near BC? Is it possible to see fireworks from the pool?

We're hoping that the crowds and heat won't be too bad. DH jokes that we booked Disney in July because all of the resorts on the sun were booked!

What your dates Shell. Get you on that July list. Check out Dee's TR ----
3rd Annual We are "NEVER" going to Disney in the summer again TR, http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2524240

Thanks for the plug Mike! Just to clarify- the title is tounge-in-cheek. We have been on two fantastic July Disney vacations since my husband uttered those fateful words in 2008.

My number one suggestion for July trips is early early early! You can accomplish so much in the first couple of hours after the parks open, especially if you go to the EMH park. I don't know about the late EMH, though since we are larks, not owls.

Good News... Adjusted the trip by 1 day & there is an opening at the BC!!! woohoo... put me down for 6/5-9... SAB here we come!!!

BTW - I am doing the Relay for Life June 17 - I am going to dedicate one of my laps to all my YC/BC friends who are going through cancer treatments right now... I am cheering for you all for success in your treatments!!

Thanks Teena for answering more of my questions! :goodvibes (Hope I am not asking too many! ) Good to know that the type of CL room that we'll be in will have us on the same floor as the lounge...the more convenient the better!

natebenma Much thanks to you too..so many great breakfast ideas:thumbsup2 ...My kids tire quickly of the lounge food options in the morning and we all enjoy a sit down breakfast.. The only meals that we have really had in the Epcot area over the years have been in WS...and last year a dinner at Yachtsman..which was great...looked at the pics of your dinner at the CG...everything looked delicious...

MickeyNut If our trip overlaps we should plan a meal together...It will be great to see you and your family again!! :goodvibes

doccoc2002 Wishing you a speedy recovery...

I have heard of fridge swaps and stroller swaps..but never noodle swaps! You might start a trend here!

All this talk of food has me wondering, how is the breakfast at the Captain's Grille? Or any other meal, for that matter? I've eaten at Cape May several times. Yachtsman is our anniversary ADR (gonna order us a Disney-fied replica of our wedding cake top tier for this meal, I think). I don't think I know anyone who's eaten at the Captain's Grille... :confused3

We had a couple of breakfasts and dinner there Nov. 2010. Enjoyed both meals. We had the buffet and ordered a la carte for breakfast. I think you will be pleasantly surprised. It is so handy when you are staying at the YC.

We are going to be there Dec 11- 21 maybe we can get together and share some days?

Somebody's going to have to schedule a trip in early Dec., there's a couple of 'empty' days right before our trip 12/9/11 - 12/19/11. I'll be happy to take custody from 12/9 to whenever the next group arrives, we are only 2 and not noodle types, but for the fame and glory of initialling the noodles w/ a sharpie for posterity, I'd gladly give one a float and pass them on to a deserving later arriving disser. I suppose to comply with the picture requirement, I'll have to learn how to post pix's on line (my son says I'm technically challenged.)
