2011 F&WF Rumors?

Anyone heard anything about changes for this years Food & Wine Festival?
Such as the American food kiosk being replaced with a Polynesian food kiosk? brought to you by DVC Aulani

Isn't it the American kiosk re-branded every so often? I remember one year there was a New Orleans kiosk, and another year there was a Route 66 booth. My memory was foggy, but was that in addition to still having an American food booth?

Yes, the regional offerings were in addition to the US food booth. There's also the Hops and Barley which can probably be considered an "American" food booth, the typical food offerings there are crab cakes and lobster rolls.

No, not May 1. Disney doesn't release official schedules until much closer to October. However, there are now scores of official and unofficial blogs providing inside info as it comes up.

Might want to keep an eye on http://www.disneyfoodblog.com/ as they post info as it becomes available. Even ewhen it's designated as "unofficial" info, it's usually pretty close to dead on.
