#3: the CC is for a hold on the ADR. To my knowledge, in all the years of making ADRs, I've always had to give a CC to complete the process. However, if we pay in cash or whatever, no charge on the CC (however there are cancellation restrictions that may result in a charge anyway). The CM will communicate that at time of ADR.
