Thanks to everyone for all the good wishes and prayers. I have to admit I'm a bit nervous about tomorrow. And its hard not to have my daughter nearby at a time like this.

YC CL Garden View.....I know Teena showed me last year that this could be the FRONT of the entrance or the Wedding Gazebo area but the IPO told me it could be the convention center view too? Is this true? If so is this a lousy view or is it in the middle of a garden. I was told that "garden view cl yc" is anything NOT overlooking a parking lot.....true?

Since reclassifying the rooms 1/1/11, standard view is anything with a parking lot or roof view; garden view is a view of anything green (trees, garden, courtyard); and of course the water view is just that, view of water. If you know a particular room number and want to know it's new classification, just ask IPO. I don't have the new chart at home but I'd be glad to look it up for you when I return to work. You can find the room numbers by looking at that old old out of date room layout map at http://www.disneyzone.net/ycresort.htm

Question about hair products for sale?

We are thinking about doing a carry on only for our flight this year, and rather than trying to pack liquids like shampoo and conditioner, I thought I would purchase some at BC.

Can anyone tell me product brands are available in the shop and also in the Salon?

YC/Garden-Club room, for my DH and myself. We will be there 10/28-11/5.
This is our first time in Club category. I've been going back and forth between the Poly and the YC.....We decided on YC. Gonna try and request a king bed, I know there scarce, but it's our 20th anniversary.
Are all the club rooms on the 5th floor? All pretty close to the lounge?

Can anyone tell me product brands are available in the shop and also in the Salon?

Back on the previous thread page 187 (?) I know there were pictures of what is available in the room. We've always had no problem with those items. However, I have read that the GF has some great products available if what is in the room isn't good enough or if you aren't happy with what's in the gift shop. Some people on the GF thread seem to make a trip to WDW just to shop for these products.

Are all the club rooms on the 5th floor? All pretty close to the lounge?

We haven't stayed YC CL but thinking this map off the previous page may help you with the orientation. This is an old map but room layout is still applicable. http://www.disneyzone.net/ycresort.htm

I do know that not all BC CL rooms are on the fifth floor (some deluxe rooms on other floors?) but the majority are located there.

All YC CL are on 5th floor unless you are in a deluxe suite/room of sorts. YC CL floor is smaller than the other floors. Kind of like a big circl but not so big. We were in wedding gazebo view and had a super short walk to lounge it was great. Eventhough the hallway I was in was longer it wasn't too long. BWI CL was much more spread out and longer walk. Not so at YC...
