I submitted an e-mail Monday to the Yacht/Beach Club concierge e-mail with a request for room requests (full balcony and a crib if possible) and also to get info about setting up a special welcome surprise for my daughter since it will be both her birthday and first trip to Disney. I read on the concierge level thread that typically you get an automated message within hours to let you know they received it, and then an answer in a few days....but I haven't gotten anything yet! Anyone else have some experience with this?
I don't need any help but usually they offer, or at least welcome us.Speaking of the IPO did they stop sending out welcome emails or packets asking if they could assist you? We booked weeks ago, already paid in full, got our ME packet, arriving in 16 days, and I haven't gotten anything from them.I don't need any help but usually they offer, or at least welcome us.

Thanks to everyone for all the good wishes and prayers. I have to admit I'm a bit nervous about tomorrow. And its hard not to have my daughter nearby at a time like this.
