What about garden view? It is a few bucks more than standard.
Thanks, I'm not sure if my agent can offer that room category but I'll give it a try

You TA should be able to offer you all of the same categories that Disney offers which is Standard View, Garden View or Water View. I hate to say it, but if she doesn't know about Garden View or says she "can't offer that", then I'd suspect that she's not aware of the Disney categories and I personally would be hesitant to work with them. I'm a bit anal about my Disney trips and from following the boards, it seems that we often know more about what Disney offers than some travel agents know.
You can actually go to the Disney website yourself and view the different room categories, so your travel agent should also be able to do that.

LOL re being anal, these boards have driven me mad
I'm in the UK but have just checked the Disney UK website and they now offer garden view rooms so am very happy![]()
Yes, we can go a bit looney on these boards, but the end result is worth it since we know the secrets!
Glad the UK site is updated. I've heard it can be frustrating when the US says one thing and the UK hasn't caught up yet.
Oh good! I thought I was going to go back a thread or two. I remember a few UK guests having trouble booking a garden room (were you one of them?) and Teena gave some great advice to be persistent with the view booking request.
However Disney UK have updated their website so I'm very happy
.
Duh!!! I added you to the list with "couples getaway" and may I say as the mom of just one 10 year old and one 13 year old- YOU GUYS DESERVE THIS!!!

Thanks ! Hearing it from someone else helps with the guilt![]()
Hi there, I don't know if I'm posting in the right place but we'd like to particpate in the noodle exchange. We will be staying at the Yacht Club from May 18-25 and I saw there was a gap from May 19-25. Please advise, thanks!
Stopping by to wish all the wonderful people here on the BC/YC thread a very, very Happy New Year! I know that many of us had difficult times during 2011 and I sincerely hope that 2012 brings nothing but happiness and blessings to all!
