Sorry if this has been mentioned, but is there is minimum stay requirement? I saw that you need to buy a 2day ticket, but didn't know if that meant the minimum stay was 2 nights, or something else?

THANKS!!!!!

3 night minimum...

For those who are waiting on their Disney Visa Cards:

I applied online yesterday and was "instantly approved" and could book online and choose Disney Rewards Card as payment for my reservation...so this morning I did and just called and applied the free dining promo with no problems. :cool1:

This is how to get around the whole I don't have my card # yet issue as the # will be on the online ressie.

**Sorry if this has already been posted...I know some were having this problem earlier...***

Same applies to me! I applied for the card last week will try and let everyone know how it goes for me!
Thank you!

so......how about FD after 10/2 through x-mas?

**DUCKS**

I may drop the second ressie if it doesn't happen! Then again......I can already hear the kids: "I WANNA GO CLOSER TO HALLOWEEN!"

:rotfl2:

I didn't receive email confirmation yet, but when I check online, there is no kind of dining showing up at ALL. Does it show up somewhere for everyone else?

For those of you who have called this morning to add the Free Dining Promo to an existing reservation, have you received any confirmation yet?

When I called to add the promo an hour ago, I think the CM said she was going to print it out and mail it, but I guess I was expecting an email? Also - when I pull-up my Resort Reservation online, I still do not see any mention of a Dining Plan anywhere. I'm sure it's just a "timing" thing, but was wondering what everyone else is seeing?:confused3

hee hee! - we posted the same exact question at the same exact time!:goodvibes

This was their BEST secret yet!! I guess everyone will have to our TA and the posters on this thread:rotfl:

Typically Pop has lasted WELL into the GP offer and there have been some folks in the past who insist the DVISA offer and the GP offer are different room inventories for each offer.

Chin up.
Chin is up. :upsidedow Thank you! You have been pretty good with your predicitions so I will think positive.

There are still many of us out there with you. You are not alone.
:grouphug:

Does anyone else think that they allot so many rooms for Disney Visa holders and keep some back for the GP when that promotion is released? I would think that is what they do. So if POP sells out for Disney Visa holders, I think come public offer time there will be a new set of rooms available for that.:confused3
I hope so. We will know for sure on Monday..:surfweb:

Yeah, like me!!!!! :rolleyes1

:grouphug:

I know, sorry. But Knox said (and he knows A LOT) that they will have additional rooms for the GP. He said don't worry - so don't worry!!!

I will try hard not to worry. We LOVE POP.
I called DH at work and told him I was afraid POP would be sold out on Monday. He said "1. I took Monday morning off to help you so you wouldn't jump off the roof. :rolleyes1 and #2 if POP sells out we will stay at another Value..not a big deal..we will still be at Disney...you will still have Free Dining...it's all good!" I love:lovestruc my DH. :lovestruc

you can hold onto those two 2 day tix and apply the cost toward the renewal of your AP... whenever... it does not have to be done asap or even upon the current AP expiring...

thanks, I know that I can save them for a later time, but right now I don't have $300- $500 to spend on tickets for a later year. I'm still paying for our APs .

well if it helps you any, I just called back to doublke check (nervous nellie, lol). She read me my reservation and it is all correct. She said the email confirmation hasn't gone out yet -- must be a delay in the system, not automatically instant like we'd think.

Anyway, all is well on my reservation. Just doesn't show dining on the online page, for some silly reason, lol.

got through 45 minutes wait:banana:

I had an existing room only reservation with a deposit, but the CM said that had to be canceled and credited and a new reservation along with a new 200 deposit made.

 Only to find out I only had $185 available credit on my VISA. My last payment I made to my VISA won't show up til midnight. They said they would hold my res til noon today.

But....... just remember my rewards card!!! called back and used that. No wait at all this time!
:yay:
So my DS and his girlfriend have 8/28 - 9/4 at the POP Century, Free Dining and 5 day Hopper Passes

Planning for them was almost as fun as if I were going:cheer2:

I am curious why this isnt being promoted anywhere on any website..its not on disneyrewards.com am I missing something as to why disney or DV havent put this out yet

I think they want to keep it on the DL...They probably want people to book the summer deals. BTW...sometimes it doesn't show up till mid-morning/afternoon

Thank you! We have Animal Kingdom Lodge September 29- October 3 with free dining hooray! I am still hoping for a 40% off code as that would be better for us but I am still excited for free dining!

Can Free dining be booked at a Ft. Wilderness Cabin? I have a friend who might be interested in going, but they have 4 kids and don't want to book 2 rooms.

In the midst of all this jubilation:yay:, I hope some of you can pause for just a moment:sad1: and feel sorry for the rest of us poor souls (i.e. Canadians) without Disney Visas:sad2:.

sniff, sniff........
