$40 a day is actually great. I think I spent more than $40 on a few entrees.

I didn't mean it to sound like I thought it was a bad deal. I'm still just mulling over how we should tour this time around. We normally only come for 5 days - this time we're planning on 8. But still with only 5 in the parks. So I have all of our ADR's set and ready to go. But may cancel depending on what we (or I should say I) figure out.

I'm a little late to the GH party (blame it ont he overnight shift) but I LOVE GH, even though it is so far from reality, but then again, isn't that the definition of a soap opera? But to agree with a pp, I also do not liek the new Michael, regardless of how old he is supposed to be!

A question on BB offers... How often are they put out? What are the odds of seeing one in September? Any guess as to what the offer would be? I've seen the oned posted on the boards, but I am not sure I have ever seen one in real life....

OMG! I don't think that could be good news at all that they now extended kids play and eat for free. I think we are out of luck. I can't see them offering that for a week and then offering free dining. I think we are stuck with the package that we have, being we have no Disney official kids.

ETA: AS quick as I said that the offer on Disney Visa went back to August 14TH. They are probably getting it ready for April 29TH and were just testing it. This is so sad.

i don't think one (visa offer) has anything to do with the other (free dining offer)... disney has historically tried to woo the preschool set to the parks/resorts in sept/oct (when the bigger kids go back to school) for a few years now... anyone remember the "magical beginnings" program?

Yea, but seriously....who would choose a kids dine free and get free tickets when you could have the whole family dine free LOL I know the free dining plan doesn't include tickets like the kids free does...but still it would come out cheaper for most people to just buy their tickets and sign up for the free dining plan for the family. I think this is a sign that either they are working on the new offer or that we're out of luck for the regular plan they offer.

So I priced it out...its cheaper for us to do the Kids free than the FREE DINING for all..not sure why...I didnt think it would come out cheaper...do they add tax onto the Dining portion of your package??

My 2 cents - I think the reason that so many pins were given out right around the time that the FD promo has USUALLY been offered in the PAST is because that is what Disney decided to instead of FD. Think about it, the pins are good through mid December. It was just strange how so many were given out around that time but no FD promo was usually offered in years past. Does anybody know if this amount of pins were given out in the past all around the same time???

I certainly hope that we know something soon! I would love to have another one of these videos! (Last year we took the kids to Disney...they thought we were going to see their grandmother in Georgia....we pulled over for lunch at Cracker Barrel and told them...this is my sons delayed reaction!)

kid eat and play free is not a very good deal, whenwe have3 adults and only 1 kid.

Kids Stay, Play and Dine question..

The Visa offer is for 4 nights/5 days. ...If you stay 8 nights/ 9 days, are the kids Free for the entire stay or just the 4/5? I am curious to see how much of a savings this would be for our family....

Thanks to the op with the kids stay, play and eat free. It is only $4 difference when I price it out online for us between fd/value/upgrade from QSDP to DDP to Kids free with upgrade for 7 nights/8days. We have 2 ad/2 kids. I think I will switch now and have it be done with. At least my days would be secure. If another better deals comes out, I will switch it.

I love GH too!! Not NuMichael though. I think I heard there's going to be NuMorgan too!! Not happy with that.
