Based on my experience.. ..better off choosing a weekday.

...we stuck to the week days and it was great.. ..we took two full days to taste everything.. ..Hope this helps in planning.

We always try to aim for a weekday and to get there at 11am when things open. It allows for a much better experience.

thanks so much everyone! i'm working on our schedule right now and plan to do a weekday afternoon. if we don't get our fill in one afternoon, we'll brave the weekend for a second round.

Sorry if this has already been asked. I haven't had time to go through all 87 pages! My husband was nice enough to book a 3D Dessert party for us. We have the confirmation number, but do we get tickets? Do they send them to us? Or do we just show up somewhere with our confirmation number? It was sweet of him to do this, but he is not one to ask the important questions!

No tickets. They will check you off a list when you get there. They'll ask for the name in which the reservations are booked. You would need the confirmation number only if they can't find your name.

I think I read that you can use snack credits on most foods at the booths? Is this correct?

We're thinking about adding on the QSDP, and hoping that's true.

I think the only answer that can be given is MAYBE. Snack credits could be used in the past few years, but you never know for sure until the festival starts.

Last year the snack credits were confirmed only when photos were posted of the menu boards with snack credit logos. They started off with a couple of instances where they couldn't be used (on the first weekend, the Japan booth refused to accept them for the tuna sensation), but after the first week or so snack credits were accepted for any food item or non-alcoholic beverage at any booth.

It's very likely snack credits can be used this year.

I used mine once last year.

After that I just applied the rewards card to my room balance since then I only had to track 1 card rather than 2.

That would be great! That is one of my favorite memories. I still have our diplomas! Had DH's framed. I liked it much better than the Sam Adam's seminars.

Maybe Busch Gardens in Tampa? You could go to Busch Gardens (Anheuser-Busch), watch production of Budweiser and taste the beer.

Nope, no announcement yet of the actual schedule. Booking for TiW members, DVC owners and Passholders is Aug 26 and then goes on sale for others on Aug 28. We were told this at the Sneak Peek Dinner in July. Last year booking was available on-line or at the Festival Welcome Center, not via phone.

Budweiser actually had a trailer at EPCOT next to Liberty Inn restaurant late 90's and early 2000

There's been notification by Sam Adams that they won't be returning for beer seminars in 2010.
