After running several months of the monthly exercise thread, I've realized that many on here are tracking their YEARLY exercise goals! I decided we need a place to keep track of them and encourage each other.

I will try to update at least once or twice a month! Personally, I'm tracking my minutes as well as my crunches! I'll be happy to do similar for those wanting to participate, but please try to keep the items I track able to fit on one line here. Also, please update your yearly total in posts in this thread, as this is the only place I'll be checking for them!

Please join in at any time by committing to as many or as few exercise minutes/reps/miles as you wish!

10% - Getting Started
25% - On your Way!!
50% - Half Way There!
75% - You Can do it!!
90% - Just a little bit more!!
100% - You Did IT!!!!
Over the top!!!!!

I'm in for 18000 minutes this year.
192 miles. (I'm going to count walking or running, that gives me 4 miles a week. I can handle that.)
180,000 steps. (Only counting the Wii Fit on this one because I don't have a pedometer. That makes 5000 steps a week.)

So far 120/18000
 
Ok- I'll commit to 18,000 min too!!
 
My goals this year: 12000 minutes (gym and Wii Fit) and 987 miles of walking. I've made some progress: 60/12000 and 3/987.

It almost seems a bit daunting listing it like this but I am going to make this my year.
 

I am going to try for 20000 minutes and 1000 miles of running/walking. I am hoping to do the half marathon at disney next year.
1/5=80 minutes 2 miles
1/6=50 minutes and 2 miles
130/20000 4/1000
 
Thanks for this thread. I'm going to go for 12,000 minutes this year. That will be 1000 each month, but this year, I will not stop exercising for 3 months and I will not gain any weight.

I finished january with 1080/12,000.

I have a yearly goal of 1,000 miles this year (walking/jogging) for the month of Jan I completed 52miles
