Hi....just wanted to add, that when you eventually get to the point where you are sending the check to me, please include a little note with your DIS name so I can check you off on my list. It will just make it easier. But I do need your real names (the name that is on the VB reservation is preferable), because I must supply all names to the CM's at VB. They only know the names on the reservation. So please include that. I really appreciate it. Listing your mailing hometown and state should probably be included as well. I think I'll list name and city/state on the master lists that I plan to fax to VB.

Some people are already emailing me with their info and I appreciate it. But if it's included with the check, it'll just make it even more organized for me.

Ok...just finished PM'ing everyone. I've gotten about 6 replies so far. Thank you. The sooner all the money is collected, the sooner I can order the chairs/umbrellas. Thanks to everyone for their cooperation. Some people have trips in Feb, so I need to get this ordered as soon as possible.

I will say that I am a wee bit concerned with some DIS'ers on the swap list who we have not heard from in awhile. I am sincerely hoping they are still interested & check in soon.

Hi all....

Ok...got a return PM from someone who I have on the swap list who said they have no idea what I was talking about ? I'm confused now. This person did post on the VB Adoration thread. However, I cannot confirm or deny that they asked to be on the swap. I delete my PM's often (I'm regretting this now).

Also, Par8hed quit the DIS back on page 14 of the Adoration thread. Yet he added he was still interested at that time, in the swap and that his wife would contact me. I have never heard from either Tom or Robyn since. Anyone see posts from them anywhere on DIS ?

I could potentially have to take these 2 posters off the swap. And I'm getting nervous about others who I haven't heard from or seen post for quite awhile. Do I put a time limit on how long I have to wait to hear from some on the swap list ? This whole thing is making me a bit nervous.

Maybe people should hold off on sending money until everyone checks in ?? The amount that do not come through with this will affect our final price. If it's small, I'll eat the extra amount. But if it's a larger amount I just don't know.

Suggestions ???? What pops into my mind, is, if adjustments to cost have to be made, it will come from the CM tip amount ?

Maria, maybe you could try and pm everyone on the lists, sort of a like a roll call. I would say those that haven't gotten back to you by some defined day next week, well I would just drop them, so you can get on with the order. JMHO.

That should be enough time. I check the Dis multiple times per day, not everyone does, but that time frame seems reasonable.

Hi Maria,

My guess is, even though the list is closed, there will be some folks who want to get added. They could cover the financials for any who no longer want to participate.

Also, I have no problem throwing in more money into the "pot". You shouldn't be doing this at a loss. Just let us know.

Hi John....I have at least two people interested right now. Also, I turned a couple people down in the past week, but I deleted alot of my PM's because I needed room to send and receive PM's for the swap. So can't remember their names.

So if anyone is interested that I recently had to turn down, please check back in again this week. Something may open up. I am waiting for the following people to confirm or deny they still want "in" on the swap (if not, these spots will open up on Jan 10) :
