2009 Planning Dvd Arrived!!!

and mine didnt work either!! I nearly broke my dvd player as it wouldnt spit it out!!

Have you tried watching it via your PC? Sometimes they are more tolerent of DVDs.

Coudn't wait until weekend for grandkids to see so watched new bits myself.

Does anybody know if Universal have got a 2009 one out yet?

well i got mine to play on my pc in the end, husband is trying it upstairs too.
ive ordered a new one anyway, as this one is so scratched.
only watched bits of it but looks fab

i got mine today, but cant really get it to work.
its slow to load and bits of it wont play.
may try other dvd player later, what i did see looks good though.

Got mine too!! I had to coax it to play - but managed in the end. Now I'm really really excited and still got 5 months to go!

The DVD has a 'Cool Stuff For Kids' section which shows them water skiing and para-gliding in the lake near CR - anyone have any info on this, like how and where to book, prices, etc, as my DD11 thought it looked "cool, I wanna do that!'.

I got mine a few weeks ago and I'm still to watch it all! I lost the remote for my DVD player so can only watch the first sections when I press play, I can't scroll to the other menus!

I just tryed to order mine but once i'd filled the form in and clicked submit it told me my 2008 planning kit was on the way! but i want the 2009 one not the 2008! how do i order the 2009 kit?

And then selected order free planning DVD from icon in bottom left corner of page.

(I'm already registered with Disney but it should still allow you to register if you're not.)

ETA Be sure you're not selecting Plan-it Disney by mistake.

I didn't realise there was a theme this year - apart from some perks for people lucky enough to have jobs that allow them to take their holidays on their birthday.

Ours has arrived - just in time to replace our old one, I think we've worn out the DVD watching it too many times

I'm a little disappointed with the new one tbh. I was expecting something different than a re-worked version of the YOMD one. Still, as our old one has packed up, it'll be watched just as many times
