2009 Package Rates

Does anyone have any idea when Disney will release package prices for 2009? Historically do they do it a certain time of year? I would like to get prices for my parents.

Last year I believe they came out in August (I only remember this b/c that is when we booked our trip for this year).

I believe it was early August last year, too. August 6th, maybe? I'm dying to know. We are going December 2009 and I want to finalize my weekly set-aside money!!!!
