Our Notice of Annual Meeting and Estimated Annual Dues Assessment came in the mail today.

I will give the information for BWV.

That's $5.2119 for Boardwalk Villas Total Per Point.

This assessment is 3.4% higher than 2008, which is higher than the compounded annual growth (average) rate of 2.7%

(Frankly, with our inflation this year...I'm pretty happy with a 3.4% increase.)

Ouch, and I've got 365 of those babies to pay for. I wonder what our SSR assesment will look like; those are our "cheap date" points still.

Oh yes! This is the day that Dh and I really appreciate our 100 pt. contract.

Dh mentioned to me that MFs for 200 pts. would be as much as 1 house payment. (We live in the South, so...$1000/mo. is still pretty stiff.)

Sometime in January we will sit down together and make the MF payment. It serves as our yearly innoculation against addonitis. This year it couldn't have come sooner. Those $70 pts. through resale really got us cravin an add-on.

Yes you can. However, I believe that you need to pay the entire year in 1 payment.

You can also pay dues by the month.

We personally like to pay a lump sum.
