2009 DDP prices

Allears.net is showing that the DDP for 2009 is 39.99 for adults and 10.99 for kids. Does anyone know if these are the official prices for next year? I'm trying to plan an accurate budget, and can't decide whether or not to go with the DDP. Thanks!

I figure it would be about $42 in 2010 for DDP for us (4 adults - evet=yone over the age of 9). Still less than the cost of food for our family.
