2008 WDW Album done

It was our first trip "home" too, we bought DVC in Sept 2007, on the cruise we didn't even do a tour or anything. LOL The trip from the album was in May 2008- we had the most relaxing WDW vacation yet. We only had stayed in values and mods also. We added on already too- in Aug 2008.:cool1:

We bought DVC in Dec 2007 when we were in WDW we toured the AKV units and we were sold I'm looking forward to spending some quality resort time on this vacation :beach:

Great job! From your itinerary on the last page it looks like you were there right before we were in May! Oh yeah, and we also stayed at AKL so I really like those pages. :)

LOVE IT!!

First of all, I love how your daughter has a stuffed animal/character in nearly every photo!

Second, where did you get that AWESOME paper for your first pages there about Animal Kingdom lodge?! I NEED TO KNOW! :)

I LOVED your page about Chef Mickey. I have some of that paper and haven't used it for anything. I love how you did that layout.

I also really like that you did not necessarily use Disney paper for every layout, but still capture the essence of everything.

You have also matched the paper colors so beautifully to the photos. I love your Stitch and Pooh pages!

And, by the way, I'm totally scraplifting your character page!! What a great way to use that paper and the photos look great with it!

I hope that you have shared in another gallery online because these are great!

Wow- thanks alot for all of your compliments- that made my day!! Yeah, DD is a bit spoiled- I think she is on a mission to get all of the stuffed character toys. LOL

I got the AKL paper at the local scrapbook store, there was no name on the back- so I don't remember who it is by. It is actually glittery, but I don't think you could tell from the photo.

That character page was from a class I took at a local scrapbook store here in Maryland- her name is Jen and she is awesome. She has done a few 5 part series where we do 4 pages- so 20 pages completed. She is so talented.

Anyway scraplift away, some of the pages I have gotten from scraplifting myself.

Thanks again!!!

It is a wonderful paper for the Tree of Life too- it actually has little animals all over it that look semi carved. I used the paper for an AK swap and Arizona Rita used it in the Weird Completed Page swap for a zoo page. The paper is by carol wilson fine arts, the number on it is SCP125A.

Thanks for letting me know too, I need to get some more. LOL

Thanks all!! I think I will eventually have a room full of Disney albums!!

And what is wrong with that???? ;)

Great job, I love your album! That might have been the inspiration I needed to get busy on my WDW album today! My goal is to finish by the time our relatives come in April, but we'll see.......the last one took me about a year and a half!

Great job. Thanks for sharing. I love to get ideas from other people's pages!

That was beautiful!!!! I'm still trying to do an album from our 2004 trip, I am so behind! I loved the paper on the AKV page.

beautiful album. I may have to scraplift some of your ideas. I am two trips behind. Great job.

Wow!!! Your pages are great! We were just at WDW during the week of Thanksgiving. I really need to get started on our pages. Thanks for the inspiration!

Thanks!! Are you from Auburn, by any chance? My cousin and her family live there, it's very nice. We've visited a few times.

You really did an amazing job! I loved how you used patterened paper and embellishments - very inspiring!

You should be proud of yourself - I bet your family loves looking at it!
