Edit: Actually, any of the holiday times, not even just Thanksgiving. I'm wondering if the rate differs depending on the holiday.
Wait, I thought it was $99 bucks a night during the holiday season???? I'm confused.
So is it only $62 bucks a night for preferred during Thanksgiving? If so, where in the heck did $99 bucks come from????
It is $99 during the Holiday Season, but Holiday season is only Decemer 19-31.
Thanksgiving falls during "Pre-Holiday Season".
The only price change I see is that the weekdays during the Thanksgiving weekend were moved up to the Fri/Sat rate.
If you look at my Price History Page, you will see that until "Pre-Holiday was created in 2005, Thanksgiving actually fell during "Value" season, the lowest price of the year. Probably why Pre-Holiday" was created.
Maybe "additional charges" don't apply to everyone. Maybe they're talking about the Extra Adult charges, etc.
I agree with what you are saying Colson....its not a big difference if you normally come during a peak season. Its just hard to swallow peak prices when someone never had to pay them before for the same time period because of the way day of arrival pricing used to extend for length of stay.
