Is it just me, or do there seem to be no good releases this year, and nothing that looks too exciting to come later this year. The only movie that I have on my "must see" list so far is Prince Caspian, and maybe Wall-E. Other then that there are a few I may rent, like 27 Dresses and Over Her Dead Body, but nothing that looks that exciting.

I'm waiting for the new Star Trek movie, but I think that's 2009.

I'm also wondering when the new Harry Potter movie will come out. I was hoping for a late 2008 release, but is that too soon?

I'm looking forward to Iron Man and the new Indiana Jones movies, but I doubt they will be any good. I hope so though.

I'm really looking forward to Wall-E though.

Dark Knight might be good (And sad now).
I thought the new Harry Potter movie was coming out in Nov 2008? Oh well.

Who knows.

I'm looking forward to the new Indiana Jones and X-Files movies.

And next week Leatherheads comes out. John Krasinski on the big screen.

I'm also wondering when the new Harry Potter movie will come out. I was hoping for a late 2008 release, but is that too soon?

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince will be released on November 21, 2008.

Personally, I'm looking forward to Marley & Me :dog:

Anyone else see the title of this thread and think "wow, they really have a lot of DVDs!"

I'm definitely wanting to see The Dark Knight, Iron Man, and the new Indiana Jones movie. :yay: :yay: :yay:

Okay, where have I been? I had to google Wall-E to see what that one is. Pixar does robots? Looks cool!

Well, since I don't get to see adult movies...

I'm looking forward to Speed Racer (looks SOOO cool!)

Wall-e

Kung Fu Panda looks really funny too.

DH wants to see Ironman

new Narnia comes out this winter right? November?

I know Russell Crowe and Ben Affleck are in DC filming "State of Play" so that will be on the list :goodvibes ;) if it makes out this winter.

Other than that I havent heard of any blockbuster types.

Narnia is out in May - Prince Caspian.

I have been looking online for summer 08 movies, too, to take kids to. There aren't many that look promising...
