I chose Toy Story Mania. I've heard the lines are reaching 40 mins within the first 10 mins, and 7 hours by noon!

I chose Kilimanjaro Safaris.

The wait for Toy Story Mania was 2 hours (the longest I saw it), but it went by faster than Kilimanjaro because there was stuff to look at. And Mr. Potato head was entertaining.

Test Track is the only one of the choices that I can remember waiting longer than 15 minutes for --except for some dim recollections of agonizing queues in Splash Mountain and RnR, but they were a loooong time ago-- so I picked that one.
