Liz - Woo Hoo! We are both doing the half! I would think either way would work. Do you plan to run the whole half? If so, I might shoot to run a lot slower...or do you plan to run/walk...if so, you might want to run faster as you run and then walk? I don't know...I can't wait to hear the experts weigh in!
Jenny - I may be doing EE in Sept! I am still trying to talk my friend into doing it! She is battling injuries right now, so it is not a good time to ask her.
I am not sure if I will go to Disney and do it if I have to do it by myself. It seems like a team sort of race.

I can't believe I am as far as I am either! You can do it! I only wish I had only 10 pounds to lose.

I was not able to finish the whole thing tonight. I probably should have pressed on...but I did the bike a few minutes, then the elliptical...then I had my program running and it stopped midstream on me...then I started getting shin splint sort of pains...so when I dropped my iPhone the second time, I got frustrated and just stopped. But, I did feel good doing as much as I did! I probably stopped about 20 min into it.
