they sound cool how they say shut up and run.

I got them at a discount shoe store...but they're from Nike so you might be able to find them online. They were the last pair there and they were just so perfect. I had to buy them....and my mom had a $5 off coupon.

TRACK IS MY LIFE!!!

Without it, I'd be lost. Srsly. I live for track.

I bought a new pair of shoes today. I like the shoes, but it was the laces that did me in and made me buy them (even if they are a half size too big). They say "Shut up and Run" on them.

Anyway. I was disappointed in the men's 100m. That was lame. Men's shotput should have swept it, but we ended up with a lone silver. We're looking ok in the 400m and 100m womens, though. Probably not gold caliber, but good. And China hasn't been doing that hot in the track, so we could creep further past them in the medal count.

When was all that on?
