I booked with DU last year, with Kevin the board moderator as my TA. Boy am I glad I did! I found out aftert he trip was over that ABD had tried to change our flights to departing from Newark and returning to JFK. They are not near one another and it would have been a nightmare for us. Kevin took care of it all, insisted the flights be returned to their original status, and I didn't have to worry about a thing. I think a good TA is worth their weight in gold should issues arise, particularly if the agency does alot of business with the tour operator.
