So what is everyones plans for this afternoon/evening. Hopefully Paul and me will be popping to our fave wine bar for our Friday Night Drinkypoo. The girls have got their BFF staying over tonight, so we need to escape those pesky teenagers for a couple of hours

Everything's going great today, how has your day/evening been?

I finished up some paperwork for work and did some household chores. The boys will be home from school in an hour and will be heading to go see the Harlem Globetrotters with my parents. Derek and I are planning on going out for dinner and then heading to the John and Kate presentation.

Brennan's baseball practice was cancelled for tomorrow because the fields were too "yucky", but Keegan's baseball team is still having their practice. I'm not sure if Keegan will want to try and just throw the ball around or wait until he's off his medicine next week and hope the pain he had the other night when playing from the rest of the mass is gone. He still can't run long distances until his next CT scan, so he's happy he doesn't have to run the laps around the 4 fields. He has his first game in about a month and his team has already been practicing for about a few weeks now. His coach generally has 3 hour practices several times a week that involves a lot of running and sprinting. Keegan has always been so active and so fast, it's hard to see him sit on the sidelines because I know how much he wants to get back in there. I think he's really afraid to run as well since that is what initially triggered the shortness of breath/chest pain last month. We plan to head to the Baltimore Aquarium after practice or in the morning if he skips practice. We haven't been to it in about 2 years so it will be nice to see any new changes. I think we'll also check out the Coast Guard ship and U.S.S. Constellation that are docked in the Harbor.

Been a crazy day at work. But that's a good thing it means more $ for the cruise. Hope everyone is having a great day! Michele, hope you are feeling better. Migraines stink. Mandy, I've never heard of that kind of Pringles but they sound super yummy. Laurie I hope that the jelly beans are safely locked away today. I haven't had time to eat I'm STARVING! I have to be good though.

No big plans beyond playing mom's taxi tonight. Can't wait for Mandy to post tonight. I need a good giggle. Come on Mandy, you know you want to..........

Hi everyone! Well, the circus was fun and Bryan had a blast (he loved the dogs, elephants and tigers). He was especially fascinated by the size of the poop the elephant made (thats a 5 year old boy for you)

Tomorrow I will be heading over to NJ to Tom's cousins then to the mall (where I will meet Laurie ). We then booked an inexpensive hotel with an indoor pool as a treat for the kids. Sunday we'll drive home and get cleaning the house...Easter is only a week away We are up to 25 coming for dinner. Luckily my MIL is cooking so I just have assist!

Well she is seeing him tonight at the teen hangout place and she is all happy with me. I decided to call in sick tonight i still feel a little icky.

I was telling DH about John and Kate plus 8 (from TLC----they have twins and sextuplets and have their own reality show) coming to Hanover to do a speech presentation tomorrow night and he actually wants to go. He always whines when I put it on to watch and says what a you-know-what Kate is being to John.T he 5:30 session is already sold out so I'm going to try and get tickets tomorrow morning for the 7:30 session. Yes I watch it sometimes. We have family here that has 9 kids and they are on such a tight budget. I tell them they should get their own show and then they could afford to travel with all their kids.

Hi all!

I feel Like I am lurking, reading all of your posts, so I will try to get involved.

The Kids Science museum in Baltimore is nice also.

I have only seen a few episodes of the John and Kate plus 8. One episode was when they drove to Disney World from PA I drive every year, but send 2 of 3 kids on the train with the in laws. I can't even imagine what it must be like travel with that many babies!!! I am rather like Kate, I give the orders in my house and my husband says "Yes Dear". I think he enjoys not having to think. He does a lot around the house, but usually what I tell him to do. I am a control freak according to my DD (16), but like John and Kate, it works for us.

I have a busy weekend. Yesterday I helped a friend tile her backsplash, today after work I sent my hubby to a hockey game and I helped set up the gym for a meet, and burned a disc of my daughter singing the Star Spangled Banner. I stopped at Staples to pick up the 225 copies of the program book for the meet that I put together and found that they had messed it up. There was not time to fix it so they discounted it over $700.00 !!! I was the star at the gym! Also made sure 2 kids got to a play and 1 kid got to a dance. Satuday is an easter egg hunt in morning for 7 year old, hair cut for 12 year old, buy birthday present for a party the 12 year old is going to at 7, Then I have to work at the gym meet at 3 and Becca is singing live for the first time ever at the afternoon session. I am nervous for her since I can't tune the radio, I can't imagine singing live or doing a back walk over on a balance beam. Maybe she was switched at birth
She then leaves for the party and needs to be picked up at 10:30. Sunday I have to do her hair, work at the first session of the meet and then DD competes at 4pm. I get really nervous watching her. I wish I could be more relaxed!! Wow, I'm tired just typing this!

I think the gods were smiling on me today, not only did I save the team money but I stopped at the mall to buy some easter presents at Aeropostal and some lady I never met, let me use her 30% off coupon and I saved $50.00!! How nice was that! I can't wait to pay the kind deed forward and do something nice for someone else!!
