For once, I actually used a bit of common sense girls. So instead of buying a dress that I could diet into (which never works for me), I bought one that fits good now - so when I have lost 7lbs wizard: ), had 8 nights of free dining then ate the Disney Wonder out - I should still fit into it

Good thinking there mandy. Maybe by the time we are cruising i will look good in that dress..can i borrow it?

Hi all!!

It's been a busy day here!

My Easter basket shopping is done!!! WOO HOO!!! That is a relief!

And................... We BOOKED DISNEYLAND!!!!

We are going to surprise the kids w/it on Easter!!! I got a few travel books to put in their baskets! We are going from Nov. 1 to Nov. 8 - I CAN'T WAIT!!

Anyway, that is my big 'brag' for the day!

I have to go and put the clothes in the dryer and wipe down the 1/2 bath downstairs, and watch Survivor!!

Glad to hear Sandy found the dress and it's on the way!!

Hope all is well w/everyone!!

My mom and I ended up going shopping at the Gettysburg Outlet stores most of the afternoon. They have a Liz Clairborne store that just became a true "outlet" store with clothes from $2.99 to $9.99. They have a lot of Access, Emma James, etc ---same stuff at Kohls for 75% more $$. I also went to Osh Kosh and got the boys some new shorts for $9.00 each and polo shirts for $7.50 each. I spent about $50 and she gave me 20% off since I was on their mailing list and then $10 coupon for spending $50. We decided to let Keegan rest up some more and skipped baseball practice. He was happy to stay and play a little basketball with a friend and ride his skateboard. He wasn't in any pain at all tonight which was nice.

I was telling DH about John and Kate plus 8 (from TLC----they have twins and sextuplets and have their own reality show) coming to Hanover to do a speech presentation tomorrow night and he actually wants to go. He always whines when I put it on to watch and says what a you-know-what Kate is being to John.T he 5:30 session is already sold out so I'm going to try and get tickets tomorrow morning for the 7:30 session. Do any of you ever watch this show?

I am off to bed... tomorrow I have to be at school for 8am for the Science Expo - I'll be helping there until 11am - then, I have a break for a bit - then back to school for talent show practice at 2:30 till 3:30 - then, we are meeting our friends from up north for dinner at Bertucci's down here - and me and Toni are going to the middle school for Longerberger basket bingo! It is a school fundraiser, and a lot of fun.. so, the guys will stay w/the kids and the ladies are going to WIN at bingo! LOL I hope!! Actually - I'd like to win the 50/50 - the heck w/the baskets full of goodies - give me the money!

Well after the fun of yesterday, I am back to a normal day today. So it's supermarket shopping this morning, then Kerry and her friends come home mid morning with her friends and it's pizza time Then I will drop them back to college and pick Kerry up tonight

I had my weigh-in this morning, and I have stayed the same, I haven't had a good week this week. Oreos have been on sale over here this past week (we always buy these when we come over to the US), and I've eaten far too many of them. So there are no Oreos on my shopping list this week

Good Luck with your diets over the next week and I hope your weigh-ins go well

We received great news from Hopkins after the CT scan yesterday---Keegan's mass has drastically shrunk from an air/fluid filled mass the size of a large apple to an air filled mass the size of a quarter. They are not going to do surgery for now and put him on continued antibiotics (he'll be on them a whole month). The infection is gone and they think the mass will totally shrink up to scar tissue. They still don't know how long he had it or how it got there. He has blood work in 2 weeks to make sure he does not get a new mass/reinfected and another CT scan in 6-8 weeks to make sure it's gone. We really feel like we won the lottery. It's so nice to have such relief and look beyond today. Thank you for all of your thoughts and prayers!!

Wow, the Harlem Globetrotters, they've been going for years (LOL, I know that it won't be the same guys from the 70's), but I bet it'll be a really entertaining show

I can't recommend any movies at the moment, as the US usually gets them before us. The next one I want to see is Vantage Point, it looks good. I hope you enjoy your quiet evening to yourselves

Anyway Girls, I've not long got back from my shopping day with Becky, and we had a great time. She did really well. She got a 'Criminal Damage' jacket and Belly bar from a shop that is similar to Hot Topic. She also got the Ratatouille DVD, a big Remy soft toy and some Britney Spears perfume.

We had a huge breakfast when we arrived then spent over 4 hours looking around the shops

Becky even persuaded me to try on a dress that I wasn't too sure about, and it looked great, so I bought it - yay ! my first Cruise purchase, here it is ..

Anyway, I'm worn out, I'm going to have a cup of tea and put my feet up for 10 minutes

No, unfortunately they're not. Prawn Cocktail Pringles came out a couple of weeks ago over here - and they are delish Hopefully I'll eat so many that they'll make me feel ill and I'll finally stop eating them

I'll try and have fun, I'm sure those couple of glasses of White Zinfandel will help me have a good time
