I really like how the f.e. turned out. I also got my mousememories order with some new Disney scrapbook products. We got a huge DCL envelope and I thought it was our stuff for the 8/24 cruise, but it was information for the Panama Canal 15 day Eastbound repositioning cruise we had originally booked.

Brennan's baseball practice was just cancelled so that means only bowling, a birthday party and Keegan's practice. I hope Keegan's practice is cancelled too, but usually his coach will practice in anything.

Brennan playing with a Storm trooper (Brennan dressed up as "Luke Skywalker"---he had on his Jedi robe from Star Wars weekend at MGM and I could have sold it over and over---one woman said she'd "pay me 5 X's what it was worth" This was in the front of the museum near the will call and was nice and empty

With one of the Fetts (I think it's Jango) The line behind them was for the Milenium Falcoln ride and went down another couple hundred yards.

When we went to the light saber/laser show that spoke about how to make your own light saber, the person doing it asked the audience if anyone knew how to make one. Brennan raised his hand immediately and she called on him...He said you go to Downtown Disney and start off with a silver piece, then add a filter, ...It was pretty funny.

I have to share this because it is big news in our house:

Em pooped and and peed on the potty last night and this morning! Last night I thought it was a fluke. Today we were getting ready for OT and I sat her on her potty chair and she went just as her therapist got here!

I guess I kind of figured since she has a significant gross motor delay she would be a later potty trainer, but maybe not! She loves to sit on her potty chair!

Sorry if I grossed anyone out! I am just too excited!

Good afternoon everyone!

Laurie...wish Carm a very happy birthday! Have fun watching the Mets - we'll be doing the same thing.

I spent the morning running errands..went to BJs to do some shopping and order some new eyeglasses (need a back up pair with the kids around). Now I'm home ready to relax a little for the afternoon. Tom is working from home today so he is going to pick up Bryan from school in the rain

Baseball...its OK Mandy I only became a fan when I met my husband
We're excited because its the first day of the season and last year didn't end so well for us (horrible actually) so we have fresh hope for this year.

Me too! LOL Although my Dad likes the Mets - he was always into football more than baseball - but, Carmine LOVES the Mets - at first I hated watching the games - but I am HOOKED!

Way to Go Em!!! Thats great that she is going on the potty! Don't worry about grossing me out. We are starting to go through the whole potty thing with Emily so I understand how exciting that accomplishment is...especially the poop. Good luck and happy potty training!

Way to go Em with the poop on the potty! When our boys went on the potty for the first time, we made a big deal out of it and even called their grandparents and took a digital picture of them on the potty with a thumbs up.

About the glasses/contacts thing--Derek got Lasik in Jan 2007 and said it's absolutely the best thing he did besides marriage and having kids. I watched him get it, and from laying on the table to getting up, it was probably 5 minutes long. He had pretty bad nearvision and can now see 20/10 in each eye.
