We're looking forward to staying at the Hard Rock Hotel for two nights (when we get off the Disney Wonder), we've never stayed at Universal before and we're looking forward to doing the 'Front of the line' with our room keys

I had the Lilo & Stitch breakfast for my birthday in January '07, I loved it. Both me and Becky are huge Stitch fans. The food came out in a platter, and as it was my birthday, I was given a birthday card and a Hawaiian lei to wear. So I'm sure Nicole will love it too :thumbsup2

Sounds fun. We have never stayed at universal before either. I also like the fotl perk as well. I promised we would not go to disney this trip. We have gone every year sometimes twice a year. He is a little tired of disney and wanted to do universal this time around. I think i will sneak one day over to mk once though. he can stay by the pool...lol Well it's time to give the dog a bath ( oh yipee) Later ladies

Hi Girls

Just a quick question

What's the best meal/character meal that you've been to in WDW ? as I'm trying to think of where to go for our dining plan

Thanks

Hands down best meal Le Cellier omg the cheese soup and the pretzel bread not to the mention the filet mignon. Best character meal was chef mickey's for breakfast not so much for dinner.:woohoo:

I must admit that as a family we love doing the Character meals, like Princess Storybook Breakfast, Chef Mickey's and Lilo & Stitch. For hubby & I, we love Restaurant Marrakesh, but I've heard so many good reports about Le Cellier, it would definitely have to go on our maybe list

We're definitely going to try to get CRT and we're also toying with the idea of the Rose & Crown, Raglan Road, Tusker House Character breakfast and Yak & Yeti

I've printed off all the menus for the above restaurants, so hopefully Paul and the girls will have a look and see what they fancy :)

I just thought of how i can get jeff back to epcot at least. I will remind of the food at Le Cellier and maybe we can get a half day in after lunch.

Epcot is my favourite park in WDW, I love how it's like two parks in one. Rides in Future World, and then I love leisurely walking around World Showcase having a nice meal or drink - ahh bliss :)

I think i am tied between ak and mk. I love kali river rapids(even though i am always the one who gets soaked) and i like the safari. My living room is actually safari themed. I have elephants, giraffes and zebra's tastefully decorating the room even my ceiling fain is wooden leaves. When i get a theme in my head it takes over. Anyway i got sidetracked there. I love mk because it feels more disney like with mickey everywhere and the castle. i love the castle at night.I don't think i have posted this much in a long time.

It's great to know other people's Disney experiences. As for my house, I have got lots of Mickey Mouse and Stitch stuff all over the place. Here's some piccies I took when we were talking about it on the UK Community

My hubby always says that I'm the easiest person to buy for, as long as it has Mickey Mouse or Stitch on it ;)

lol.my says the same thing. He either buys mickey or elephants. I love the stitch pieces(very cute) . I have no idea how to post a picture on here of my living room. I will have to ask one of the girls to do it for me. My computer skills are limited. I also liked the pirates of the caribean picture with the family.

Thanks Michele, I hope you are able to post some photos, I'd love to see them

Anyway it's 10.30pm over here, and I'm off to bed soon

So goodnight everyone :)

Hi Ladies
Nice pictures, I still don't get how to get them uploaded. My Dh did the one for my avatar, I hate having to ask him for computer help because he thinks everyone should be able to "get" it like him. Actually I'm sure one of the girls could do it for me. Angelina made a great dvd of our first cruise with fun music and graphics. I guess she gets it from her dad:rolleyes: I used to have a red white and black mickey bathroom but recently changed it. I'm sad to report that I don't have much Disney stuff in my house as far as decorations. The kids have lots of stuff. I am even more embarrased to admit that we haven't been to Disney World in 11 years:eek: Yes that means my two youngest have never been and the oldest when she was about 18 months old. We have been to Florida about once a year since but always go to Sea World, Busch Gardens, or beach or cruise. We had a trip planned for Sept 20th 2001 that we cancelled and have never gotten around to going. John and I actually went on the Big Red Boat and Disney World for our Honeymoon and loved it. I'm hoping to go next year

I opened an album on photobucket with my pics off the computer and then transferred them to here from photobucket. my Dd helped me and thought i was quite the idiot that i couldn't do it on my own. She of course didn't say it just gave me the oh god attitude.. Well off to work night ladies.

Michele

Hey I know that attitude too. It usually involves some serious eye rolling and muttering under the breath;) Have a good night at work

Morning Girls (though it's the middle of the night for you :rotfl2: )

Great photos Michele, I look forward to seeing some more

Hey Suzanne, my girls laugh at me as I'm so useless when it comes to the computer, but one thing I did learn by myself (after many attempts) was how to download my photos. I use photobucket too, so once you have downloaded your photos onto your computer, register on photobucket, click on browse to find your photos, click on the photo you want to download and save it. It is easy once you get the hang of it, it just took me a long time to get the hang on it :rotfl: :rotfl:

Suzanne, I have heard of the Big Red Boat before, was it a completely different ship, or was it a previous name of the Disney Magic ?

One thing I would love to do, is to have a vow renewal ceremony on the Disney Wonder, someone on the UK Community had one last year, and it sounded fantastic

:wave2: Hi everyone else, and have a lovely day

Good Morning everyone!!!

I am definitely ready to get on that boat! It is minus 12 degrees F here right now!!!

My incredibly smart 6 year old said to me yesterday " So Mom, since you are reading the "Mickey Boat Book (the passporter) does this mean we are going on a cruise".. I of course said, Nope... I just like to read about it... She is too smart... I have also done a great job Disney Brainwashing her

I am really looking forward to getting to know you all!:goodvibes
