Evening ladies, Well it is 5:45 and jeff says the pain is gone..i think he is lieing but we will see. He wants to eat chinese food so i guess he is feeling better. Thanks for the thoughts ladies. If anything happens i will keep you guys posted but for now it looks like he just feels crappy and has no more pain. Hope you all had nice days and meals if you went out. I will chat tomorrow.

Hey Michele, I hope Jeff was OK last night and that he enjoyed his Chinese. I hope work went well too, catch up with you later

We went to the Outback, it was OK - I had chicken, and wasn't thrilled! Oh, well!

I have had a terrible weekend (with food), I have eaten soooo much. I'm not sure if I'll weigh myself this week unless I get straight back on track today - blooming dieting is a pain in the butt Good Luck to you getting back on track too Laurie

Blooming heck, it's Monday again. Just my usual Monday for me today, I'll be taking my mum into town this morning, and I'll go to the supermarket on the way home to pick up some more WW food

Afternoon Ladies, Glad you enjoyed your meal Mandy.

We were supposed to head out for ours at 2 but jeff isn't feeling well all of a sudden. He was popping baby aspirin last night while i was at work the kids said. We have gone to the emergency room like 12 times because we thought he was having a heart attack...ugh..guess this might be #13. It is always the same each time his heart is fine and he has to stay for 24 hour observation to make sure. They say he has muscle skeletol contractions...basically it feels like you are having a heart attack ..you get all sweaty,light headed and short of breath,pain across your heart. But it is nothing but the muscle than runs across your heart getting pinched. But i won't let him just assume that is what it is every time with him being a smoker...i make him go get it checked every time. That is why he didn't tell me last night about the pain. So it looks like fathers day might be spent in the e.r. by tonight. He is napping now and if he is no better when he gets up he is going. Sorry to be a downer i am sure he will be fine just like all the other times but i am still a little worried.

Happy Monday! Sorry I wasn't on yesterday. I seem to have a problem with keeping food in... The bathroom is my best friend right now.. The good thing is I don't feel sick or have cramps... As long as I don't eat life is good!

Sandy - how did the weekend go w/the inlaws?

So - today is Monday - only 2 days left of school.. ONE Day left for me! I am meeting 2 of the girls for breakfast, then I have a haircut at 10 (just a trim), if I have time I'll hit the foodstore, then grab the kids.. and tomorrow I will be at school ALL day w/the end-of-year-activity that I am chairing w/my cousin - and then the boys are planning to have some friends over - but, what else is new w/that?

But, TONIGHT - I am meeting 2 of Carm's cousins, and 2 cousin-in-laws for a ladies night out! WOO HOO! We are heading to Carrabba's for dinner! We made this plan back when I went to that Communion that I didn't want to go to! (remember that one) - SO, we made it to our night out date - WOO HOO!!! So, that is something to look forward after my day of running around!!

I could do with a girly night out too, though I'm meeting my friend for lunch next Monday, which I'm really looking forward to. Roll on August when us girlies can get together for a laugh, a drinkypoo and a boogie (yes that includes you Michele and Laurie )

I did pick up some WW treats when I was out, they're lemon sponge slices and they're really nice, though quite small but less than 90 cals

I can't wait till Saturday for Dr. Who and the return of Rose, last Saturday's episode drove me bonkers all that repeating was boring - nevermind, it can't be good all the time
