Well i just finished my surveys and am heading to bed. I am sleeping in late and then thinking about going to the beach..it is supposed to be 90 here tomorrow.

Michele - Sounds like it was a bit exciting at work last night. Was it an employee who stole the coupon ? How stupid Have fun at the beach today, I wish I could escape to the beach too

Sandy - Woohoo, it's the 2nd part of Dr. Who tonight, I'm really looking forward to it

Veronica - I hope you're having fun at the casino, and having a great birthday too

Jen - Is it Tuesday that you can start making your ressies on-line ? I hope you are able to get what you want

Danielle - How did Keegan get on at the game last night ? Was his toe OK ?

Get ready for the 'heat wave' - it is supposed to be like 97 degrees here today - UGHHHHHHHHHH And it doesn't look like it is going to cool down any time soon!!!

The bday square dance was pretty fun last night! And, yes - I did 'do si do' a bit myself!!!! NO pics though - too busy dancing and yapping! LOL

My dad is coming today for a bit, and I think the boys are having some friends to come over to swim this afternoon! We are supposed to go see the Panda movie too - not sure if we will go today or tomorrow.

Danielle - How did Keegan get on at the game last night ? Was his toe OK ?

He didn't complain once about his toe and did very well running/pitching. They won by over 20 runs in 4 innings so it was nice to go home early. We went swimming with friends at my parents pool (they live a block away).

Keegan has been complaining a little about his chest being sore which scares me. He's had a headache off and on for a couple of days and that's how it all started back in Feb before finding out about his chest tumor. Luckily the doctor put him back on antibiotics so if the remaining mass/scar tissue is getting reinfected, the meds should take care of it. The pain could also be from asthma/the heat, which is really bad right now. He has a game at 1PM today (needs to be there at noon) and all star practice at 5PM so he's going to be out all afternoon in it. I am going to bring our misting fans and buy some of these neck wrap things that are supposed to cool you down quick.

This time next week I'll be at DHS with Brennan. I just can't wait to see his little face on Friday when he finds out where we are heading!

Hi everyone

Mandy - yes we are still busy over here. Today's the big day - DD's dance recital is tonight.

Not much planned this weekend just the dance recital and I gotta catch up on housework - UGH!!!.

I only have one thing to say about the cruise ship passengers this week - stay on the @#$%^ CROSSWALKS!!!!. Do you jay walk at home? Also if you just have to get that picture don't stand in the middle of the road. (maybe the barrier you climbed over to get there was a hint) Is getting that picture of an eagle flying down the road carrying a salmon worth risking your life for???

Has everyone booked what they need to on the cruise. I have to wait until June 10 and not sure what I would like to do. DH just wants to wing it. I don't think we will do Palo because I don't think DD will stay in the clubs. She doesn't like strangers plus she's in daycare most of the day anyway so it will be nice to spend the time together.

I see we have another newbie here from the west coast too. What airport are you flying out of to Orlando?

Well, grad school is over for now, but I will still be teaching for two more weeks. In fact I am at school right now helping some of our seniors finish a project required for graduation. Lots of downtime, while they work though. Only two more days until I can book Palo!

Well my plans for the beach were ruined by the damn fire department parade...ugh...i forgot they were having it today and they line up all the firetrucks on my road and block the road off. So if i wanted to get back in later i couldn't leave...

Mandy, Hope u are having some sunshine over there today. It is currently 86 in my house and 93 outside. Jeff forgot to put the air conditioners in the windows last night...so now we are all sweating here...lol..so i decided to clean up the back patio furniture and bring down the cushions from the attic..that was fun... I am now sitting in front of the fan with a wine cooler trying to cool off and thinking of how much i really love my husband right now.

I planned on throwing some hamburgers and hotdogs on the grill for dinner but jeff didn't fill it up like i asked him to last week... so i guess i will order pizza now.Anyway enough of my ranting. I think i will jump in the shower and check back in later.

No, the weather hasn't been that warm today. I ended up going to a nearby town, as Paul was taking his motorbike for a service, so to kill an hour we had a wander around some shops. I got some nice, cheap shorts and Paul got me a necklace and matching earrings (not expensive stuff) for the dress I bought myself months ago for the Cruise.

I've got my fingers crossed that it's going to be sunny and warm tomorrow

It's saying that the Pirate Party has changed to 7.30 - 8.30pm, but still on the 3rd night

Personally I think that's good, as in the past we've always missed dessert (with late seating) and had to dash to the Pirate Party. It states that dinner that night was a little later at 8.30pm (as late seating is now 8.15pm). The only problem would be if anyone has booked Palo for Pirate Night - so just a heads-up for you

Yesterday was a zoo... Sarah had dress rehearsal for her dance recital and then a birthday party... Then it was dinner, bath and packing up for Boston.. we are leaving in a couple of hours...
