2007 Swap Calendar

The problem with looking ahead is that I want to start shopping NOW for swaps that are almost a year away~

I can use a good shop anytime - I am cut off on craft supplies through next week though, my check register looks like a who's who of the retail world!

And my Stampin Up wish list is $365.00 - I need a second job

Hi Buffy! I'll host the MGM one with the sign-ups in March, if you need someone. I love MGM stuff! I may need to back sign-ups up a couple of days (like to the 12th) or do them after the 21st, b/c we will be at WDW the 16th-21st.

Hmmmm, Buffy, you are a great enabler though...all great ideas. Yesterday I was SO TIRED, and DS wanted to go to the mall...so I dragged myself there. and funny, as I was passing Mike's, I suddenly got a second wind, I didn't stop, but the pull was strong! DS was laughing at me. I am in such withdrawl not shopping for a swap...

But I did start a Cricut Card Making Class that runs after my painting class so I am playing with papers but it's not the same...

Not to add another swap ( ), but don't forget KAMommy's character meal swap. I believe she wants to do different groups for different character meals and everyone in that group pick a character from that restaurant's meal. I think she's up for whatever due date works.

We are going to be busy little swappers, aren't we??

Here is some info to get you started. This a FAQ for newbies.

Our current calendar has swaps that we will be having in the new year. The host for each swap will start a sign up thread on the date on the calendar, for example:
KAMommy and StitchIsOurHero are hosting an Animal Kingdom/Magic Kingdom swap. So on January 2nd they will start a new thread for signups. You can sign up on that thread to get a spot.

Read through the FAQ and we can answer anymore questions you have but this will explain a lot.

What about a Scout swap? There was one two years ago but I figured it might be time for another. I'm specifically thinking Girl Scout and Boy Scout with groups for Daisies/Brownies/Juniors/Studio2B and Cub Scouts/Boy Scouts(I don't know how their levels work).

I have tons of stuff for my GS troop that need to be scrapped and I would LOVE some cute page elements.

Now that I've gotten rid of the bad job, I can take on a hosting role. I was thinking sign-ups in May with a due date in late July.

Thoughts?
