I think the cruise points typically are published in the summer. If there is a cruise you want to reserve using points, you can still make the reservation (11 months ahead) and they will apply the points when the actual number is known. Right now, I don't think DCL has released any cruises past April, 2007 even for cash rates.
The 3 and 4 night Disney cruises for 2007 went on sale on 12/21/05 for cash. We have already booked our 4 night cruise for 7/8/07. From what I was told and the research I did you get the best rates the earlier you book. So we booked a cash rate and had to put a $200 per person deposit down. We have until April 2007 to cancal and get a full refund. This way I have until early 2007 to decide if I want to use points or rent out my points and I lock in a great cash rate in case we pay cash.
Typically Member Services has the charts about the end of March, beginning of April (at least in the past few years). Last year they were up on the DVC member site fairly quickly after we got word of people being able to get the info through member services.

I think it was even early April a year or two. I know in the past DVC has allowed bookings but with the caveat that you paid the fee, no matter what it was once the charts were available. You should call MS to discuss further.
