Allears reports new pricing category for '07...May 24 thru Aug 4 is now considered "summer" & higher priced.


Value 1/1 - 2/14; 8/5 - 10/3 & 11/25 - 12/19
Peak 2/15 - 4/14
Regular 4/15 - 5/23 & 10/4 - 11/24
Summer 5/24 - 8/4
Holiday 12/20 - 12/31

For Value Resorts Standard/Preferred rooms

Val Seas $82/94
Regular $99/111
Summer $109/121
Peak $119/131
Hol.$129/141

Assume these rates are "pre-tax".
