Hope all are having plans fall into place. We have had a mini-glitch in who is watching our kids for the last three days. It will work out. We have faith!

Are there any plans for an informal get together on the Sept 2nd cruise? Just to meet the folks on this thread? I'm sure the activity level on here will pick up the last few weeks before the cruise.

Have you seen the new style navigators. They are TV Guide style. They look alot easier to follow. They are broken down by age/activities. It should be easier to keep up with all the activities. I saw one from an April Eastern cruise posted at castaway.com.

I'm excited as well - just been focusing on work, world cup and my daughters soccer team. We took second in the Utah State Cup. We've won several out of state tournaments - just can't seem to get this one.

I wish more would submit pictures as well. Everyone - submit pictures.

The downside to the new navigators, in my opinion, is that they've gotten rid of the seperate kids' navigators that you used to get that kind of outlined the whole week and listed some detail about the activity. At least that's what i've heard. I liked being able to kind of plan out for the kids ahead of time- i.e. to book my spa treatment when there was somethign in the kids' club I know they wouldn't want to miss =).

However, I do like the new look a lot as far as being able to quickly see everything that is going on at a certain time all at once for all ages. it makes it easier to compare who is going to be where doing what.

I also have to say i'd love to see more pics of the fellow DISers =)

Hello all,
I purposely asked our Cruise Agent to post my payment on 6/10 so I would at least be able to try and get a reservation at Palo when they opened up on the 19th. Guess what? it was charged to my account but didn't show up on DCl until the 21st. My agent was apologetic and offered to see if she could "pull some strings ".
Have any of you heard of this working?

Starting to get excited!

That's Great!!! Back on line towards getting to know one another!! You mentioned earlier that we should have a DIS Meet. How do we go about that? How many of us are there. Last time I did a rough count we were just over 100. Do we arrange for a meeting room with DCL ahead of time? Has anyone had any experience with these questions? Scavanger Hunt anyone? Prizes for the kids? I will help but have no experience in such matters.
