I think the Pearl Harbor tours would be about the only reason I would ever want to go to Hawaii. I will most likely go once so I can hit all 50 states!

Sounds like you are having a wonderful time Mary!

Pearl Harbor was amazing when I was there (in college) and so very moving... truly a moment I won't forget.

I do want to go back sometime :thumbsup2

Almost to the bottom of page 2:eek:

I hope everyone is having a great day today! I am working the second half so I will check in as I can

Just checking in!
I'll be doing some traveling for work and more as the Tax deadline comes around. No overnights this month but who knows come next month.

Cheryl,
That Chicago DVC sales center sounds nice.Much easier to buy more points for all of our Chicago friends!:rolleyes1 I'm glad it's not here. LOL. I would be tempted to buy back what we just sold. LOL!:lmao: :lmao: Not.... My next buy will be a home in FL or some southern coastel area.:)

Good travel or scary tax bad man travel? :rotfl2:
English translation please

Squid

English Translation is - I am a New York State Employee for the Tax Department and I am a Tax Collector, hence the question "scary tax bad man".

Actually it is is not "scary tax bad man travel". I am currently working in our Bank Contracts Unit and we are going to differnt bank processing centers and getting samplings of the returns they are processing and then reviewing them after they have ben processed to make sure it was done properly and meets the contract guidelines.
Actually I guess in a way it might be considered "scary tax bad man travel" since we can fine the banks if they are not meeting the contract guidelines.

A friendly Warning....... If in Michigan be aware of a 2007 Ford Edge with teenage driver learning to drive. ........... Ryan has his own car now.He doesn't even have his full license yet! LOL!!! :upsidedow

He gets to learn to drive in a BRAND NEW CAR:scared:

I learned in a 9 year old station wagon with over 100,000 miles on it:rolleyes1

Good luck to him and YOU!

Ummm, that's a little too close to home for me. It's literally in the mall in the town that I live in. I'm sure we'll stop in when they open but I am certain that we won't be buying more points.

Why on earth are they coming to the Chicago area?? :confused3 :confused3

:car: Way to go, Ryan. :cool1:

Hey Ryan, you may hate Cameron for his Wii, but I'm sure he's going to hate you back for your new car. I guess you two are even now. :rolleyes1

I also learned to drive on a brand new car that I had before my license. Looking back, I wish my parents would have given me the cash and bought me a used car instead. Same goes for my first wedding. :lmao:

Happy Thursday everyone. We have major thunderstorms heading through here. :umbrella: I'm sure a lot of our remaining snow will be gone before long. There are now flood warnings so we're not out of the woods yet. Is it spring yet? :flower1:

We had a big storm come through here about 4:00 a.m. Lightning, thunder, hail, the works. Now they're saying an even worse storm could get here around noon. I'm trying to think if there are any errands I need to run today,:car: because if so, I want to get them done this morning before the rain comes!:umbrella:

Good Morning everyone!

Today is Christopher's first birthday!!!

Good luck to Ryan with his driving lessons - that is a big vehicle to be learning on - look out Westland!!! LOL!

When out shopping the other day, I happened upon a Wii in the store and since John is now retired - as of yesterday, I got him a gift to help try and keep him out of trouble - yes, all the kids have their own in their homes so now we are the proud owners of the Wii. I only play the Bowling game but it is fun!

Preview center in Chicago - guess they are broadening out - must have had a good turn out there when they had their little party. Might be nice to do a road trip to Chicago someday to check it out - would be closer but not as warm as WDW.

Looks as tho Mary and Mark are having a great time and seeing lots! Enjoy!

Still waiting for signs of spring but now that it's March - maybe we only have 21 days to wait?!? Still wondering what that darn groundhog meant by an early spring!!!

Morning all! We had some BIG storms this AM around 3 o'clock big thunder and lightning, heavy rain, the whole bag of tricks. Another round coming later too. I hope all our Northern friends stay safe.

I know we will not be buying any more points at the new DVC center. We may stop in when we get to Cindy's neck of the woods.

Happy Birthday to Christopher!

Stacy thanks for the translation:thumbsup2

I am sitting here watching ESPN and they are at the ESPN club on the Boardwalk popcorn:: I wish I was there with them.

I hope everyone has a great day today!

Wow--a full size 2BR unit inside! That's pretty cool.

I'm with Chris, the next purchase I make is going to be on my own home in Florida! And right now it looks like we're trying to bump the timeline up a bit from May '08 to---this fall!!! :cool1:
That is pretty cool that it's in Chicago. And, it's in the same mall that I used to work part-time at GapKids, and practically in Cindy's backyard!!! I'm sure that we'll visit, but we have no plans of adding on for now.

And Diana, are you guys really thinking of moving it up to this fall??? Can you and Bruce not handle another NY winter???:rotfl2:

Congrats to Ryan on his new car and his new-found freedom!!!!:cool1:

Happy Birthday to Christopher!!! I can't believe that it's been a year!!!
