HAPPY 1st BIRTHDAY CHRISTOPHER!
Wow that was a really fast year!

Congrats to Ryan on his new car and to John on his new Wii.

:car: Way to go, Ryan. :cool1:

Hey Ryan, you may hate Cameron for his Wii, but I'm sure he's going to hate you back for your new car. I guess you two are even now. :rolleyes1

I also learned to drive on a brand new car that I had before my license. Looking back, I wish my parents would have given me the cash and bought me a used car instead. Same goes for my first wedding. :lmao:

Happy Thursday everyone. We have major thunderstorms heading through here. :umbrella: I'm sure a lot of our remaining snow will be gone before long. There are now flood warnings so we're not out of the woods yet. Is it spring yet? :flower1:
Stay dry and safe! We've got a gorgeous day going here - sunny and not a cloud in the sky. It's a little chilly with the wind, but I'm loving it!!! All you folks still having winter are more than welcome to come down here! :upsidedow

I'm not quite sure what we are having today. It was snowing quite a bit earlier and for the past hour or so it has been pouring rain. Now the snow that was in the streets is all slush. Hopefully it stays above freezing so it doesn't all turn to ice.

Come on Spring :sunny:

57 here right now-clouds moving in-maybe some rain later
Weather.com says 30 with snow later in Latham,NY (where I was until June)
It's days like today I'm really glad I moved down here:yay:

We have a severe thunderstorm watch for most of the counties around us. :umbrella: Time to barrel down the hatches.

What was that about March coming in like a lion???

YIKES!!! Thankfully, it's nice around here this week, but we are expecting some rain later this week, but no big storms. I'm not excited about the prospects of turning the AC on again, because usually once it goes on, it stays on until Nov (and the bill just goes UP, UP, UP).

Good Morning everyone!

Still waiting for signs of spring but now that it's March - maybe we only have 21 days to wait?!? Still wondering what that darn groundhog meant by an early spring!!!

Mary....here's some encouragement for you. I saw my first crocuses blooming this morning here in Southern IN, so spring must be getting closer to MI!

Happy Birthday to Christopher!:cake:

Wow--a full size 2BR unit inside! That's pretty cool.

I'm with Chris, the next purchase I make is going to be on my own home in Florida! And right now it looks like we're trying to bump the timeline up a bit from May '08 to---this fall!!! :cool1:

Oh I want to put in my request now! As I have personally been to your scrapbooking demo classes I hope that your new home has room for your demos (ok and a few friends as well) WOO HOO!

Wow it's wicked windy here and not what I call warm - I'm coming to your house Robin!

Sorry I missed it earlier.

:bday: :bday: Happy Golden 1st Birthday, Christopher. :bday: :bday:

OMgoodness!! Christopher is 1 already!!!:scared1:
Yowza! Times does fly by.
Happy 1st Birthday Christopher!

Diana - Your going to leave me before the year is over!!!!

Chris - I'm thanking god I live in NY right now!:rotfl2:
Just kidding! Ah, I remember those days of having the freedom to come and go when I want just for having that little slip of paper. Best of luck to Ryan (I hope your insurance didn't go threw the roof!)

Yucky weather coming this way. We are supposed to get something like 3-6 inches of snow and with a mix of rain or freezing rain. Thank goodnes tomorrow is Friday.
Saturday Nick gets to visit his old Cub Scout pack. They are having their Arrow of Light ceremony for their Webelos and the Boy Scout troop helps with the ceremony. Next month we will visit them again to do their crossover ceremony when there Webelos crossover into our Boy Scout troop.

Do you think I'd be looking at houses that didn't have a scrap room? :rotfl:

I've already said my next class/demo is to make those explosion boxes. How's that sound for a housewarming party?

Stacy--yes, I want out of NY bad enough to walk all the way to Florida!! I've become completely obsessed with neighborhood searching and house hunting and even Bruce is getting into it. If Bruce is into it, we'll be down there very very soon. Every once in a while, I get a little nervous and start to think maybe we better stay here, but then I see the weather guy mention snow and ice again and start the house hunt again.

We're now leaning towards Tampa as the job prospects seem a little better there. I just added another day onto our May vacation, and that will be spent scoping out the nearby towns!!
