My recap for Sunday, I woke up at 7, left at 8. Planning on meeting my family.
We parked in imagine ( close no tram), my parents called they were running late so we decided to meet at the land. We got us fast passes for soaring. Then an hour later my family arrived, we went on soaring and then to spaceship earth, then universe of energy. ( Luckily I had coffee or I would have been fast asleep after those rides.) We went to Big river grille for lunch, after lunch we split from my family and decided to walk to MGM.
Since it was almost parade time when we arrived, we went to the writers shop.
They were out of regular hot chocolate so we got caramel. We walked by muppets ( it had a huge line), the same for backlot and narnia. We walked into Animation, we saw the new cars photo area and then walked up to see the drawing boards from meet the robinsons. Then we went to watch streetmosphere and after that we headed out, we walked again to the Boardwalk. We stopped at the bakery for hot chocolate and a fruit plate. then headed to epcot. We walked into stores and then to soaring where we used our fastpasses. We walked through some more stores, then went to listen to off kilter, after that we walked up into the Canada stores and then to dinner.

Dinner was funny, Gail and Amy got Glowtini's that were the talk of the table along with my watermelon soda. Our server was Stephanie, she seemed to like our group ( or was it just John :] ) she was attentive and friendly. John was taking pictures of the food, which was great. We got to hear about Amy's dilemma. Desserts were good as well. We all headed out and then back to home for us.

Good morning everyone! Welcome back Tina! Now that you are back I can get the CJ's I have off to you.

Sounds like an excellent time was had by all this weekend (ok excluding the plumbing issues at Amy and Chris's house) - can't wait to see some of the photos John took!

I'm glad this week is a short one for me at work!

We are a little freaky for getting excited about things like a vacuum.
It's the red & purple one. I think it's the low reach, it has the attachment that lets you vacuum under furnature without having to move it.

Not freaky at all...we have the purple dyson, and couldnt live without it! We have cats, so its great! Congrats!!!!

Morning :surfweb:

Our weather is a bit milder these days - it's so nice to walk outside and not get plumeted with instant freeze.

I hope Gail & John are having a wonderful time in WDW. I wish I was there. :)

Think about it? WDW, Fun, Vacation. :woohoo: I'd be much too busy to post here too. I'm sure they are having a blast! I hope they are having a chance to relax and just kick back. That is the one thing I will say about owning DVC is that it makes for a relaxing trip to WDW. We know we'll be back so it's no longer a go-go-go trip. :cool1:

What the heck is this freezing fog thing out by you, Steve? I've never heard of that. How does fog freeze??

I'm sure that they're having a blast!!! It has warmed up here again, back into the lower/mid 70s. Heck, they'll be hitting the pool!!! :rotfl2: I do know that they weren't planning a lot of park time, since Deanna didn't have a pass. I'm sure that they are finding plenty of relaxing time.

I thought Gail said they weren't going in the parks at all because of how crowded they were going to be with the President's week crowds and since Deanna didn't have a pass.

I hope they enjoy whatever they are doing.

AP Rates are out for bookings from 4/15-6/2 starting at $74 + tax at the values.

The fog itself doesnt actually freeze. The surfaces such as roads bridges sidewalks etc are where the moisture settles and then it forms the infamous "black ice" The big problem is most of the time it is invisible and you are sliding before you know it. It was a skating rink out on some of the roads today. They had some real messes out there.Cars, trucks, farm vehicles EVERYTHING was crashing this morning.
Once the sun burns off the fog and warms the surfaces it usually clears up!

As for the Fla vacationers :rolleyes1 SHE was the one who said she was going to check in. I figured a tease or two would be fun for her to read ................when they get HOME:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Oh yeah, I remember her words too. But, sadly, I'm sure they haven't given much thought to us. :sad2:

I wish we were there with them. :dance3:
