Tomorrow my oldest dd is graduating from college so we are going up there for the day for the ceremony, dinner and then moving her stuff back home. She is continuing on with PA school in the fall. She has interviewed at schools in Arizona & Chicago and next month she has interviews at Duke and Univ of Florida. Want to guess where I hope she goes

Anyway congratulation to her and her parents. It is always wonderful to share that special day with your kids no matter how old they are.

She said the school in Chicago was nice, but Chicago weather is too much like Michigan. Of course with her luck that is the school that she'll get the acceptance from. I still have my fingers crossed for Florida

Is anyone here still looking for a TMX Elmo? I ended up with an extra and really only want my money back on it. I'd rather it go to a good home than bring it back to the store to have some ebay shark grab it!

they aren't going for that much on ebay. in fact, mike's step mom wanted me to list hers (she has 2) but she kept saying "when??" I kept telling her "whenever you want me to....prices could go up or they could go down...there's NO telling." well, now they are down and she's a bit miffed I didn't list them when they were going for $100 each. hey, I TOLD her ebay was fickle.

in fact, now, between ebay fees and paypal fees she MIGHT break even....if not lose a bit.

That's just it, and I really don't want to deal with the hassle of ebay, I'm tired of the weirdos, wackos and nutjobs. I really thought I'd find a friend here who couldn't get one. I can return it to the store (I ordered it from TRU.com) but at this point there's still a ton of people out there still looking for one that don't want to pay shark prices, so if no one here on the thread still needed it, I was just going to post it on the Elmo thread on the budget board. There was a bunch of people whose orders got cancelled b/c of a quirk with Google checkout and I'd like to make someone's Christmas a happier one. Like I said, I'm only looking for my money back!
