Thanks for the birhtday wishes for Gary. I'll have to get him to log on himself one of these days. We had a low key day, made dinner, hung around, watched a movie, the kids set off some smoke bombs to irritate the neighbors. Topping off the day was the Carvel Ice Cream cake we had for Gary. My family loved it.


Julie, I'm off to read that article now. When we were heading back from getting the boys from Boy Scout camp last weekend, we were coming through Rockford and Gary & I were tempted to stop at a store to see if we could find some Sterzing's chips around there. I remembered that you said you thought maybe they were heading east as far as that area.

For those smokers that have been at wdw since the smoking policy changed, where exaclt can you smoke. I have read all the releases from wdw but i would like to know where at the hotels are the smoking areas. i know its a dirty habit and i should quit.

We've just finished packing the car, we're leaving early tomorrow morning but will see you all Thursday or Friday. We'll be arriving Thursday morning!!

I prefer to sit on the bench during the MaxAir thank you very much!!!

Good luck trying to quit. I quit in 1994. I smoked a pack a day. I cheat still every now and again, especially when I drink, but I've stuck with it. You just take one day at a time.

Good luck trying to quit. I quit in 1994. I smoked a pack a day. I cheat still every now and again, especially when I drink, but I've stuck with it. You just take one day at a time.

I quit in 1989, just a couple of months after Gary & I were married. I didn't set out to quit, I just wanted to see how long I could go with out a cigarette. My trick was brushing my teeth everytime I got a craving for one. Ironically, these days I have a love-hate relationship with the smell of one. Sometimes, it's rather disgusting, other times, I tend to breath a little deeper. But, I know if I ever actually had one, it wouldn't stop at just one.



Off to the dentist I go today.

I'm not sure Karen will post prior to the CP trip. Just in case she doesn't, I talked to her last night and she wanted to make sure that everyone who was headed to Cedar Point brought a sweatshirt of some type. Being it's on a pennisula, Karen said it could get chilly at night. Better to be prepared than shivering with your neighbors.

Good thing it will be a little warmer than this!

I just got a call from Deanna and she has arrived in Tampa and found Amy and the girls waiting for her at baggage claim. She was so geeked about going down there. I so wish it was me going down there.

Yes, Deanna has arrived!! She was in the pool with the girls for a while, and then we're leaving soon to go have dinner near the beach and then watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico!!

That was one of the coldest experiences I've ever had. And.....John kept saying move over just a little bit, just a little more, a little more, trying to get that stop sign out of the picture. OMG, it was so cold!
